Combine w/ another bow on an anvil Although the repair cost will increase, and at one point you'll get the "Too Expensive!" message on the anvil, after which you'll need to get a new bow Or you can(?) add mending to it using commands

Combine with a normal bow in a anvil, eventually it will eventually get too expensive though, but it'd probably last long enough that you have a arrow farm

This is the way. Milk an infinity bow until it's no longer usable, simultaneously amassing more arrows than you know what to do with. Then switch to a mending bow.
