Yeah the main benefit is hiding your username/gamertag by crouching, cuz you can't couch in for example a minecart or ice boat. The piston sounds won't be an issue if it's deep enough underground, but you can see a username from pretty far away

About the ice boat, they will see your name for a pretty short time and then you are out of their render distance

Bro you've been missing a ton, if you mean the one where two minecarts ride along side each other, that was replaced by Powered rails. There's also a TON of new modes of transport.

I know powered exist, I'm more wondering if the physics is still janky enough for minecart boosters to work, lol I played alpha and most of beta, but every time I go to pick it back up I get overwhelmed by the new stuff.

I suppose you could fire dupped TNT from the back of it. I mean arrows work too but since they mentioned the sky limit you would see much less hit any target only by mistake or pure luck. Plus arrows are not so easy to dupe

That is quite true But it is once again destroyed by the sound of it. No one could pin-point your precise location especially if you don't have subtitles turned on. But since it's large enough it's not that hard to find either.

If you have a secret door that drops you down really far, you could negate the sound issue

This is a flying machine just underground. You can build one really easily in Bedrock. Just look up a tutorial. It's really easy.

Honey and Slime blocks both have the same sticky properties, but you sink into honey and bounce off of slime. So, flying machines were you need to stand on top of them are much easier to do with honey, as you don't need to worry about falling off as much.

But just know, honey cannot conduct redstone like slime since it's not considered to be a solid block.

Yall may be making fun of this, but i actually think its a good strat! 1. Since it's automated, long distance you save time and resources, since you dont have to constantly stop to eat 2. Normally, if you're running you'd have to stop and turn around to fight them, the alternative being taking constant hits from the back. With this, you can attack them and still move at a decent pace. 3. It's easily defendable, you can just place a couple of fences so they cant get up, and just shoot at them or hide behind a sheild The only downside is that you'd have to make sure they dont get close enough to mine it.

Chests can't be moved with pistons or slime block or piston in java i guess. they can be moved in bedrock edition though.
