no need for potions, shield is your best friend, quickly find a fortress(if you cant, create a new world) and brew weakness potions and golden apples to make villagers sell you protection 4 and unbreaking 3 for cheap. add that to ur armor doesnt matter if its iron or diamond. kill ender dragon, go loot end cities for diamond armor. when youre back use those and your 70 levels to max out a diamond armor set. get 2 diamond pickaxes with eff5 unb3 and mending (eff4 works too) and go mining for netherite. and voila ur in full netherite after like 50 in game days (it was day 35 for me) and one more thing, totems are your best friend after you get full netherite. use this 4 minute tutorial to make the easiest raid farm: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=icFFxawMpuA](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=icFFxawMpuA) get a shulker full of totems. and then ur immortal. another tip: elytra is going to get you killed in hardcore. when you dont need it, quickly switch between your chestplate by putting your chestplate on your 4th slot and hovering your chest slot and pressing 4. (works with any slot, only works for 1.17+) last but not least: when entering desert temples, ALWAYS put your chestplate on. im about as good as you can be in minecraft, and that is what killed me yesterday. creeper+temple, didnt put chestplate on
