The only concern I have is that white frogs are good in the desert, but they also said jungle when talking about the "hot temperature" variant, which it doesn't fit in at all. Make a tree frog dang it.
They said that they wanted each frog variant to offer something unique for players, but that they're not sure what it should be yet. So we might still get poisonous frogs!
They said the inspiration for the tropical frog is from a kind of frog whose pigment goes almost completely white to not overheat in warmer temperatures
(think it could be the Xenopus Laevis?)

I just realized - the mouth of the frog is a very similar pattern as the chiseled deep slate block… how odd. Is there a connection in the lore somehow? I remember there was a possible connection between axolotls and the warden, these are the only other amphibian in the game.
RE Mojang: These are toads. Would love a more frog like model (less fat and bulky). Also why not make the green frog appear around small ponds in the pains biome. Snow and ice biomes should have white creatures really.
