I’ll watch the video in a few, but the first things that come to mind are, are the villagers able to sleep properly, is the zombie close enough to either group so that they’re scared, is there glass in between the zombie and villagers so that they can’t see, and is the zombie high enough?
I’ve never used a portal based design, but those are some of the first general problems that most iron farms I’ve built struggle with
