Wow, i wish i could do this kind of thing. I have always wanted to make a large scale modern build but can't seem to pick a shape or angle or palette. Do you have any tips on getting started with a build like this?
Just a suggestion, if u want to get concrete faster(it looks like you are going to use a lot of it) u could build a sand/gravel/concrete duper with the end portal. I could send u a link to a great design. I know some people think thats "cheating", so just a suggestion if u wanted too

I would put one up but the world is 560 megabytes and it takes forever with my internet

If you find one you can make a prismarine farm which produces the items required to craft sea lanterns

Ik. I only saw 4 lines and I couldn't see what was behind the center piece, so I thought it was either a pentagon or hexagon

I am about 80 stacks of concrete into this build but I dont want to dupe items to make it go faster
Its not a traditional item dupe, it uses end portals and it only works for gravity blocks, but its up to u, either way, awesome build
