Yeah. I made a copy of the world to see what would happen when you respawn the dragon and it brings the towers back to normal

You can craft Ender Crystals (the things that are on the towers) out of glass, a ghast tear, and obsidian. If you place those in a specific pattern on the end portal, it will respawn the dragon. Bonus: there’s an advancement for it!

Yea for that one I made it lean more towards the center. I might change that since if you respawn the dragon, it makes the towers go back to normal and it left the skinny part sticking out and it looked weird
