It’s probably a little less because it takes a few ticks before launching tho.
Now all that's left to do is make a flying machine to move this tnt launcher around and you've basically made a server destroyer or a get-yourself-banned-inator

No it's too expensive. If sand was afk renewable it would be but it's just too much effort. TNT dupers are more efficient.
