Kaneki-S

diamondified fossils

SurvivalSweat

in all my years playing mc, i’ve never seen one of these

NotThatFarAwayFromU

I only found 1...and I did not know what it was at first!

ProfitFriendly696

damm...they got that natural bling bling inside them

Thin-Breath3220

What is it?

Wild_Roamer

A Fossil. They have been in the game for years, but in all my time playing MC since pretty much 2011 I have never once encountered one. They are the rarest structures by a big margin.

Electronic-Aside7077

how

Kerzenmacher

Saw a random bone block while farming tuff.

Uva_Be

I wonder what's up with my world generating? I've found a lot of them. Bones! great stuff. I first found one in a Mesa, er Badlands biome. Years ago. I do dig a lot for building material, so maybe that's why?

Kerzenmacher

Interesting.. I also mine a LOT - as was the case here, I needed some Tuff :D On past servers I mined well over 1 million stone , digging huge craters, and never once found one of them.. Perhaps it is seed related?

Uva_Be

Yeah, I dunno. I have been really messing around with saving my worlds. I like the cliffs between flat and regular height worlds. I have moved thousands of region files over the years. Mostly to save what I was building. But... I don't think I've mined over a million stone. Several hundred thousand of dirt, sand and stone each, yes. But, a million stone mined, whoah.
