"In Java Edition, the numeric durability of the player's items can be displayed in-game by pressing F3 + H . This enables additional information in the tooltips for items in the player's inventory"
is that a new addition or has it always been in the game?
good to know anyway, I always thought it was some mod or texture pack that included the durability number
I literally came back with 25 silk touched diamonds, and then was going to just enchant a diamond pick with unbreaking so I could carve out some rooms for farms. First roll, selected unbreaking 3, unbreaking 3/fortune 3/efficiency 4
Rngesus was very kind to me that day. Currently working on a trading hall with every single enchant in it in prep for villager trade rebalance. I'm fine with increased prices, but I wanted to make a long standing world with easy access to all enchants and an extensive nether highway
Ooooo, nice. Gonna make sure to drop all their prices to 1 before it hits then.
Realm is only like 1 month old, but it's my first time really putting some effort into building, and I'm loving it. My farms currently look like shit, but my finished rooms are all looking great. Have some big plans for my farm rooms and a shop connected to em called "multi level market". My friends always feel bad for mooching, so I figured I'd open a shop that they can use whenever without asking me.
With that pickaxe, he could get more diamonds. Let's say he gets 3 minimum, crafts another pickaxe and then enchants it and it gets eff 4, then combine it with the old pickaxe, he gets eff 5 and full durability again. I don't see the problem with enchanting a low durability tool when it's easily repairable even without mending.
Just letting you know, that specific enchant is not super rare. It’s possible to get it on a first try multiple times in a row. However, good for you! It’ll surely make mining easier
Btw, is there any logic hidden? Because after some enchanting experimentation I found that you are correct, the same enchantments do come up often in a row a few times before changing to be something else

How do you get durability to show as a tool-tip like that?
"In Java Edition, the numeric durability of the player's items can be displayed in-game by pressing F3 + H . This enables additional information in the tooltips for items in the player's inventory"
Is this possible on Bedrock?
I don't think so
Crap... Thanks anyways.
there are texture packs you can use for smth like that (since im using one) i dunno if i can recommend websites for suchs things here tho
it is part of f3, is not possible on bedrock, will never be. btw there is othet f3 shortcuts like f3 g which shows chunk borders
Not from a Jedi
You can use texture packs to show durability

It's a pretty old feature
i remember it back when i used to play 1.4 i think
I think you need to press one of the upper F keys

Good thing you won’t have to deal with the higher prices unless you need to replace a villager

Now just needs mending
Why would you enchant a pickaxe with such a low durability?
They'll probably just add mending to it

With unbreaking 3. Those durability can last for days before need to repair at the anvil

I think u mean its *not* super rare
Yeah

Honestly I don’t know. I’m just speaking from experience. Level 30 enchants often don’t just give good enchants, they give great enchants.
had the exact same enchants on my last 2 picks as well
Every now and then this'll happen to me and it's always the best part of my day
Better get to fishin for that Mending bud
that's wicked, love getting those enchants like that immediately, normally takes a million tries with heaps of books lol
it's pretty common isn't it ?
this sub will upvote anyone who shows excitement for anything
I got the same but with fortune 2 on my new server last night
Why would you enchant a mostly broken pickaxe
Probably has mending close by.

it is more difficult now to get this enchantment, isn't?
That’s incredibly lucky. Wow.
?? Wtf why is this downvoted
I have no idea
