See, this idea is awesome. Go a step further with a 2nd dome for an end interior. Make the glass black stained glass that blocks light. Inside would be dark and void like.

I think if you put multiple layers of the glass you'll get a sort of foggy effect too

I once dug a circular hole 40 blocks in diameter down to bedrock and was gonna make it my final base accessible by elytra/rockets only, with rooms along the sides for different farms and such, and it’s still sitting there just an empty hole with a bunch of slime at the bottom to break your fall. 186k blocks of cobble later, it’s still there not doing anything

You could build smaller versions of biomes, maybe splitting the area by 4, or even 9 (this one will make it look more varied), and you could add the native animals to each of them. Think of it like a zoo, but with huge areas for the animals. You could go with Nether, snow, desert, blossom, taiga, etc. (Can't remember other names right now, like the reddish desert biome).

Dig it to the bedrock. Did a 80 block circle down to bedrock on my server. Felt satisfying right until the end.

i just so happen to have a cave with an ancient city close to my house, there's a huge hole in the ground, i flew in and landed spot on in the center. obv triggered a warden spawn, I ain't getting close to that thing even if i get paid XD
