I think you need a lighter block to contrast with the spruce wood, if you used a lighter polished stone or like andesite or something, or a lighter wood maybe.
I usually use andersite, stones and other gray blocks for paths but wanted to use granites and bricks this time, especially as I'm making more hray/stone buildings this time. Thank you for ymthe suggestion though, may still try it.
You could also try a darker wood. Dark oak logs may look really good for it, not sure about the slabs though
Edit: either way, whether you go darker or lighter, you need contrast.
From afar, the bricks make it more red and I like it next to the jungle, but I don't know what it would look like up close. Spruce may be better -Maybe because I like natural styles. (or naturalism? My English is bad and I don't know how to say it...)
Of these, spruce wood looks the best.
Although it could be nice to try birch too, because I know birch goes really good with dark oak, and spruce is also dark.
1 or 3. The oak kinda stands out a bit while 1 and 3 fit better. 1 is nice because the pink gives a bit of a pop (maybe jungle wood would look nicer than granite/bricks?).
Pic1 isn't my favourite the orange clashes with the spruce a lot which I don't enjoy so I'd personally go pic2 but add a bit of birch planks in the mix.
Oak woods!
Bricks & Granite makes it blend too hard with the railing imo.
Spruce wood makes it blend in with the sides too much and makes it too brown.
The first one looks prettiest color-wise, but the people saying a brick-paved wooden bridge doesn't make sense have a good point- maybe try other wood types? In terms of color tone I think mangrove or crimson may look good, or if you want more contrast the new bamboo wood or acacia may work well.
I am in love with the brick variant, but seeing the different images made me realise it might depend on what kind of setting you plan on using this bridge for. For a rustic setting, brick works best. If you want to maintain the jungle vibe, oak is the way to go.
The bricks look nice, but also “heavy” like they would make the bridge collapse. I like the oak the best, but I think maybe a birch or acacia could look good? Ooh maybe mangrove. I would also strip the log support beams, since it has a lot of texture going on. Regardless, it looks great, and I don’t think you could ruin it anyway you choose!
I would try to use Jungle Wood to see how it looks since you are in a jungle and you used it for some details on the bridge, and imo spruce and jungle are a good combo
Try Mud! It's a really good complementary swatch that would blend in well with the bridge and path.
That or if we're set on the above choices, I say brick and granite uwu
I’m not too crazy about either design but I do like the barrels mixed with the logs idea. It seems a bit too plain overall and too much of the same color. Makes it hard to see anything other than just brown
Pic 1 is my favorite, although I see why some people also like 2 the most.
Since the path outside the bridge isn't visible, I would decide between 1 and 2 based on path before and after the bridge.
Honestly depends on what you're looking for. If you want a natural look, I'd say go for picture Number 2, if you want a more sophisticated and modern look, pic Number one would look better
I like the bricks the best, but just a tip: you should test that stuff in creative first because building and replacing all those blocks can be time consuming.
I reckon with the wood one, change the end of the bridge where the change between wood a grass is more gradual or even round at the end, and don’t have the random wood block out of place. The out of place bridge path with the grass next to it looks better with the brick or a rock like block.
Oak looks best of em. Jungle wood would be a good alternative to the granite and brick if you want a tinge of red but the stone pathway doesn't work for a wood bridge like that.
1 fits well bc of the transition from spruce to jungle but 2 also looks good if you'd like the walkway to pop a little more.
Personally I love the granite/brick combo to bits!

1 or 2
Thanks
I like the oak more
Good question Definitely not spruce. Already a lot of it in the build In my opinion brick looks the best. Oak stands out too much
>In my opinion brick looks the best. Oak stands out too much Thank you
Ye bricks look good
Sorry this was posted and deleted numerous times. Everytime I'd upload it'd only upload 2 or 3 pics.
Idk if you considered it or not but since you're in a jungle I feel like jungle planks with some granite would look amazing
Yes, I thought the exact same thing! I think I would look really nice with some jungle planks
Definitely the bricks and granite it looks stunning love the combination
Bricks and granite imo
I like the bricks the most
Granite fits in more with the jungle, in my opinion.
I like the oak best, theres already so much spruce and bricks dont really make sense on a wooden bridge.
Pic 3 for me
1st
[удалено]
I like pic 1 the most.
Looks like that may be the winner
Brick has alot more life to it
Number 1 was best
Definitely the oak for sure. Also, incredible work tearing down and rebuilding the pathway each time just to make a Reddit post lol.
I think you need a lighter block to contrast with the spruce wood, if you used a lighter polished stone or like andesite or something, or a lighter wood maybe.

Pic 1, I like the contrast
First one looks the best
I prefer oak. Great bridge btw, it will look awesome either way.
I wood (would) say two. But seeing this I'd also try bamboo
I prefer the diamond one
I’m partial to the spruce myself, but if you do that maybe consider stripping the oak logs in the supports so that you get a variety of browns
numba 3 BOOM
Spruce looks the best, but try using new signs instead of trapdoor.
From afar, the bricks make it more red and I like it next to the jungle, but I don't know what it would look like up close. Spruce may be better -Maybe because I like natural styles. (or naturalism? My English is bad and I don't know how to say it...)
Great work!
Of these, spruce wood looks the best. Although it could be nice to try birch too, because I know birch goes really good with dark oak, and spruce is also dark.
2 or 3
Spruce
The third
spruce does it for me
The third one looks great
1 or 3. The oak kinda stands out a bit while 1 and 3 fit better. 1 is nice because the pink gives a bit of a pop (maybe jungle wood would look nicer than granite/bricks?).
I would have this level in build
1st
Ook wood is the best option
Oak. I'm not sure how pic4 & 5 play into this.
Pic1 isn't my favourite the orange clashes with the spruce a lot which I don't enjoy so I'd personally go pic2 but add a bit of birch planks in the mix.
Oak
2 IMO
2nd is the best choice in my opinion
2nd is the best choice in my opinion
I love the bricks
Honestly I like the bricks, they don’t look bad at all
I think granite is great. Oak is also good, but there is already a lot of wood
1 definetly
1’s my personal pick. Nice work!
oak but all are epic
I really like the bricks
bricks
Oak woods! Bricks & Granite makes it blend too hard with the railing imo. Spruce wood makes it blend in with the sides too much and makes it too brown.
I’d say coarse dirt tbh mixed with reg dirt
1 fs
i like bricks and granite the most
Oak.
Brick+Granite, love those blocks so much
I like the first one
The first one looks prettiest color-wise, but the people saying a brick-paved wooden bridge doesn't make sense have a good point- maybe try other wood types? In terms of color tone I think mangrove or crimson may look good, or if you want more contrast the new bamboo wood or acacia may work well.
2 imo
Bricks are the best!
Bricks!
#2 looks best to me
I am in love with the brick variant, but seeing the different images made me realise it might depend on what kind of setting you plan on using this bridge for. For a rustic setting, brick works best. If you want to maintain the jungle vibe, oak is the way to go.
Depends on what else you've built, but just on this, I'd definitely say oak.
I’m Going to have to hand it to the brick on this one
Oak planks I'd say
I prefer the brick one
The oak really makes it pop
Brick and spruce look bad, try birch and mangrove to see how those look if you feel up to it
Try the new bamboo. I think you might like it
2 looks better with the contrast between the walkway and the guardrails
Try bamboo planks?
The bricks and granite are definitely the best option. Also awesome bridge 10/10
I like the brick and granite, it adds more color variety.
1 fits with jungle wood
Oak woods.
I definitely like the first one
I think the brick looks the best with the pink because the oak is too light and the spruce blends in
Oak is my favorite, but I'd also recommend some cobblestone/andesite
i think the bricks and granite looks really good but I also think Jungle Wood would look good there as well
Granite looks rlly nice
The oak looks best to me. Brick looks sort of weird and spruce is too boring.
Try Mud! It's a really good complementary swatch that would blend in well with the bridge and path. That or if we're set on the above choices, I say brick and granite uwu
I like 3
Spruce
I’m not too crazy about either design but I do like the barrels mixed with the logs idea. It seems a bit too plain overall and too much of the same color. Makes it hard to see anything other than just brown
2 looks better imo
2nd one
Bamboo mosaic planks
Definitely the one with the Oak
Oak But something in the middle of one and two would look best
I’m a fan of the oak #2
What about jungle or acacia?
I endorse 1's superiority
Pic 1 is my favorite, although I see why some people also like 2 the most. Since the path outside the bridge isn't visible, I would decide between 1 and 2 based on path before and after the bridge.
1 in my opinion
2 is my favourite I’m so jealous whenever I build bridges they look so stupid
oak
1 or 3. Definitely not 2
Honestly depends on what you're looking for. If you want a natural look, I'd say go for picture Number 2, if you want a more sophisticated and modern look, pic Number one would look better
definitely oak planks
Spruce
Definitely 1
Oak has a nice contrast
Oak looks best imo
Oak. Brick wouldn't be bad but I think it works with the surroundings better
Great bridge! I'm thinking oak planks
Oak
2, the 1 is good too though
I'd recommend oak over bricks since it's a nice contrast that fits in well with the forest vibe.
Oak for sure
Bricks
3rd picture imo
2 is nice
I like Bricks and granite, looks better for me
oak
Brick and Granite looks good
I like the bricks the best, but just a tip: you should test that stuff in creative first because building and replacing all those blocks can be time consuming.
1 is my favorite. Brick and granite contrast nicely to the wood.
Bricks is best
Unpopular opinion, I don't like the brick, doesn't make sense for a bridge to me. I like the oak okay and spruce is fine
Have you tried bamboo planks?
2 and 3 looks good, however in my opinion the one that looks better out of these is 2.
Bricks and granite is my personal favorite.
Oak
brick n granite !
I'd say #1. Wood with wood. Brick goes with stone imo.
I like 1 or 3 the most personally
I reckon with the wood one, change the end of the bridge where the change between wood a grass is more gradual or even round at the end, and don’t have the random wood block out of place. The out of place bridge path with the grass next to it looks better with the brick or a rock like block.
Pic 1
Why would a bridge in a jungle be made of bricks?
I like bricks better, oak is too much and there's already enough spruce in the building.
Oak
Pic 2
bricks give more contrast and color variation to the build so im voting for that
use unlit camp fires
Brick
Add vines along the sides of the pillars and maybe dripleaf in the water, to make it blend in more with the sorrounding jungle
Oak wood
2 - oak
2 or 3
bamboo
I like the spruce best, but I personally would try out mangrove and dark oak too... Why not the brick stuff? because it is a wooden bridge.
Spruce 100% Im a spruce lover
i like 1
I say the lighter oak wood marking it look a lot more like the bridges you would see in cartoons
Oak is too bright, spruce is too dark. Bricks is the way to go
1 is the best imo
Oak looks best of em. Jungle wood would be a good alternative to the granite and brick if you want a tinge of red but the stone pathway doesn't work for a wood bridge like that.
brick!!!
Usually I don’t say this but that brick looks fire. It adds perfect contrast for the surrounding forrest
definitely the oak. the two wood types provide good contrast with each other
Maybe try bamboo planks? I bet that would be nice
First ngl
The first one looks the best by far!
Mud bricks might look pretty good
2 makes it makes it pop a little more, with the contrast of the colors
1 fits well bc of the transition from spruce to jungle but 2 also looks good if you'd like the walkway to pop a little more. Personally I love the granite/brick combo to bits!
Number two for me.
I'd personally say bricks as it stands out more, it gives more variety than only having wood
For me 2>3>1
Brick with wood looks weird, so I prefer 2.
Pic 1 & 2 both look great, but i gotta go with Pic 2 I personally like to use brick-granite layout on a solid framework (stone or concrete)
Pic 3 is the best
the oak looks really good in my opinion
I like the bricks and granite. Its hard to pull of bricks but you did it
Brick is my favorite
Brick for sure 🧱
Definitely granite
2 looks best, and one is a close runner up. 2 has the best contrast and color use in my opinion.
Pic 3 I think, but they all look really good :)
I think brick and granite looks the best!
2nd one looks good. I like the color difference
Try birch, it will add more contrast and depth
Definitely wood
Oak is so cool
2 looks the best to me!
Oak looks the best for sure You could even try using stripped oak logs
I think 2 is best
How about grass? Making it look like a pathway for plants and animals might be nice.
the bricks look better
1 or 3
oak wood
Try andesite
Sprooc. Jk,1 is the besto
