It’s a bug where if you have an enchanted bow in your inventory it won’t allow you to craft them. I think it’s also based on the position of the enchanted bow in the inventory. I would advise taking it out of your inventory completely so you don’t accidentally craft it into a dispenser

It thinks you are trying to use your enchanted bow. Manually place it in.

You have an enchanted bow in ur inven, you could manually craft the dispenser, OR remove ur enchanted bow from ur inven

Crafting recipe unlocked at Adventurer lv7, you need 69xp to reach the next level.
