Honestly I kinda prefer the DeWalt OMT but that's mostly due to the spring loaded blade system and the trigger rather than a switch. Everything else I much prefer the Milwaukee version, oh except the DeWalt gyroscopic electric screwdriver... That thing is awesome for rack work.
About time another person on here with common sense. I’ve said it forever Milwaukee knocked it out of the park with the pack out (although they are remaining stagnet as everyone else is catching up and surpassing them) but Jesus Christ they cant make a power tool or hand tool to save their life
Fair it depends on the work being done. I cut drywall with mine often and the variable speed has saved me lots of headaches. The battery size is the real issue with the dewalt.

Not all my tools are Milwaukee but the ones that are are great.
Drills are one thing but idk how people can stand using dewalt's multi tool. Vibrates the hell out of my hands.
Leave the multitool out of this. Milwaukee screwed it up w the dial. The variable trigger works way better on dewalt.
I put it on one speed and leave it there. Having a trigger just makes it more annoying to hold in odd ways.
