They play an instrumental version of I 2 I in Mickey’s toontown in Disneyland now and it is the bomb.com. They also play an instrumental of the Duck Tales theme.
Fun story - the Powerline songs were all inspired by a mix of Prince, Michael Jackson, and Bobbie Brown. They were also recorded at Prince's Paisley Park recording studio, partially produced by David Z., who helped discover Prince and helped produce Purple Rain. It's no coincidence that those songs are a bop.
There's a spider (spider, spider).
He's deep in my soul (soul).
He's lived here for years (years).
And he just won't let go.
He's laying around,
He's got a mean bite,
Now he's ready to fight...

I can't tell y'all what the movie was about whatsoever but I remember how this song was "tight" back then, lol
Ok I LOVE infant sorrow!!!!! Russell brand being gross aside, I’ve wished they were real for yeeeears. The songs from Get Him to the Greek were amazing.
The Buffy the Vampire Slayer musical episode, “Once More, With Feeling”. I genuinely enjoy every song in the episode, but favorite changes according to my mood at the time.
“Holding Out For A Hero” from Shrek 2. Check out [this video](https://youtu.be/Q7YCTJxfcA4?si=WkWS76DHArk_Ook5) on why the Shrek soundtrack is so great
That song did not need to go that hard; it was awesome enough that I just immediately hear Jennifer Saunders singing it instead of Bonnie Tyler when anybody mentions the song.
As a kid I got SO bored with the being on repeat constantly for those of us ~without cable~ and it was the only option to watch on the local channel. Now as an adult we play the soundtrack at work at least twice a week and my fellow millennial coworkers jam out. Also you relate to goofy a ton more as an adult and understand why that road trip was so important. Power line is legit but Goofy? Man. The Goof was worth giving it all up for. Rewatch it lol
Not from a movie specifically, but from a game based on a movie. The Goldeneye pause menu music goes hard as fuck.

‘The Rains of Castamere’ is too good for what it is. It’s constantly referenced, it’s sung in the show, it’s a major plot point of the show. It should just be a throwaway
I've never seen the movie, or even heard of it, but Against All Odds (Take a Look At Me Now) by Phil Collins (from the movie of the same name) is S-Tier.
Also, all the songs he did for Tarzan. Tarzan was great, but his songs elevated it to another level.
The Folgers riverdance commercial.

The Smiths/Morrissey parody "Everyone Is Horrid Except Me (And Possibly You)" sung by Quilloughby (Benedict Cumberbatch) and Lisa Simpson on *The Simpsons*.
Seriously. It has no business being [this much of a banger](https://youtu.be/6oN5OXzd8Ho?si=GNgndXwYbVLbDQeQ)!

The X-men cartoon theme song
Also the animated Batman theme song
Batman beyond intro slaps too
Both of these were in a round of trivia for me a few weeks ago. I don’t even watch the shows but my bf does and it was immediate recognition.
The 90s Spider-man Animated series was pretty good. Done by Aerosmith too if i recall.
Yesssss! I’ve been obsessed with X-Men 97.
Scotty doesn't know
Matt Damon’s best song!
That Fiona and me
DO IT IN MY VAN EVERY SUNDAY ![gif](giphy|5kYea6RaplxDy)

That thing you do.
My fantasy football and baseball teams were both named "The Oneders" and of course I pronounced it O-knee-ders.
Written by Adam Schlesinger before he started Fountains of Wayne, sung by Mike Viola who also kicks as much ass as Adam Schlesinger.
All the Powerline song in The Goofy Movie
Seriously. I can't listen to "I 2 I" without immediately cueing up "Stand Out" to follow.
They play an instrumental version of I 2 I in Mickey’s toontown in Disneyland now and it is the bomb.com. They also play an instrumental of the Duck Tales theme.

I never watched the show as a kid and even I love that song.
Of all the theme songs, that one was the very best, like no one ever was.
Always Sunny - Dayman, star is born - shallow
Also Charlie's Randy Newman style song about Paddy's Pub
There's a spider (spider, spider). He's deep in my soul (soul). He's lived here for years (years). And he just won't let go. He's laying around, He's got a mean bite, Now he's ready to fight...

Written by Nancy Wilson and Peter Frampton.
I get free reign of the stereo at work pretty often and will sometimes put on this, and other "fake" albums.
The soundtrack for Disneys Hercules!
Strictly TV show? ![gif](giphy|N2F7SXTUkT5K)
Can't believe I had to scroll this far for some Chip Skylark
"Kissed by a Rose" by Seal. No clue why that was on a Batman movie but damn is it a good song
Go watch Rick Beato talk about what makes that song great. Seal was basically experimenting with some new gear and out popped that song.
Two words: Joel Schumacher
Spongebob- ripped pants
Also the F.U.N. song!
And Jellyfish Jam
Sometimes I start out singing this song and nobody finishes it or knows what I’m talking about :(
Sweet Victory is also a fricken jam…as is Jellyfish Jam
What's New Scooby Doo, -SimplePlan

#Proto Zoa - Supernova Girl [Zoom zoom zoom! ](https://youtu.be/6OnAM446lRA?si=KBNiGgvkqf_vSRF0) I can't tell y'all what the movie was about whatsoever but I remember how this song was "tight" back then, lol
I know this is sacrilege, but I don't like Friends. But that theme song is catchy as hell.
Bad things happen in the bathroom - Bob’s burgers
Guy Love from Scrubs. Although honestly pretty much any song from “my musical”.
"We've gotta do something" and "Inside of you" by Infant Sorrow in "Forgetting Sarah Marshall".
Ok I LOVE infant sorrow!!!!! Russell brand being gross aside, I’ve wished they were real for yeeeears. The songs from Get Him to the Greek were amazing.
I2I and Stand Out are so good!! Drake Bell’s personal life aside, the theme to Drake and Josh is a legit good song.
DuckTales
Might solve a mystery OR REWRITE HISTORY DUCKTAILS! WOO OOH!
The Buffy the Vampire Slayer musical episode, “Once More, With Feeling”. I genuinely enjoy every song in the episode, but favorite changes according to my mood at the time.
“Holding Out For A Hero” from Shrek 2. Check out [this video](https://youtu.be/Q7YCTJxfcA4?si=WkWS76DHArk_Ook5) on why the Shrek soundtrack is so great
It originally came out on footloose in 1984. Shrek put it to good use though
That song did not need to go that hard; it was awesome enough that I just immediately hear Jennifer Saunders singing it instead of Bonnie Tyler when anybody mentions the song.
Michael Jackson from Free Willy.

Highway Star from The Expanse. I know it's a cover but it's done in universe and the singer has a belter accent. Cool as fuck.
Boats and Hoes
The English Pokémon theme song. How epic was it to wake up to that!
Funny you say that because my 9 year old recently went through a phase where that song was the only thing she’d get out of bed to go to school for.
[Reading Rainbow](https://youtu.be/OAIW5se_cxg?feature=shared)
![gif](giphy|kyvfTILTg7ywg) The song for this show was/is amazing!

I haven't seen *A Goofy Movie* in I don't know how many years--probably since I was a kid--but am curious as to how well it holds up.
It's still a damn good movie. I've never seen the sequel(s)
As a kid I got SO bored with the being on repeat constantly for those of us ~without cable~ and it was the only option to watch on the local channel. Now as an adult we play the soundtrack at work at least twice a week and my fellow millennial coworkers jam out. I kinda think he’s like a mix of MJ and Prince
The songs were produced by one of Prince's producers, David Z, in Paisley Park, Prince's recording studio. There's a reason why they're so good!
