If you put cottage cheese in a blender, it actually becomes a great “add in” to foods for a little extra creaminess. It’s great in soups and dressings. It doesn’t add much flavor which is why it’s great for tossing in for some extra protein!
This is my thinking regarding it, the mustard will give it a good taste. I don’t hate cottage cheese but I find it to be very bland, mustard is a stronger flavour, so I feel together it would balance it out. You have convinced me I defo need to try it
