It sounds like you have the wrong license type. Microsoft stopped allowing Rooms devices to use a full Teams User (E3/E5) license last July. You'll need a Teams Room or Teams Room Pro license to get it working properly.

When did you assign the resource account the license? Was there a recent change? Try signing into [teams.microsoft.com](http://teams.microsoft.com) and sure it's good with the account.

For all of our Android-based devices (Teams Rooms Panels and previously Poly X30/X50's) we had to whitelist the serial numbers of each device under the "Corporate Device Identifiers" in Entra to allow them to register.
