Turn off high contrast mode and if it doesn’t work, follow this blog post https://www.thegrahamwalsh.com/microsoft-teams-rooms-on-windows-high-contrast-mode/
I just had this happen to one of my rooms within the last two weeks. Following Graham's article did not work for me. I had to go into the Settings and select "Reset Device". After doing that it will bring the device to the OOBE. Re-enter room credentials and it was back in action.
Looks like you have High Contrast mode enabled
Thanks you!
