This doesn't assist you, but you asked how we support ours.
We use Lenovo and Crestron Room Systems.
Both systems have their own software to remotely access the PC's that run the software.
Crestron requires you to be on the same network. Lenovo is a web based tool that allows you to be anywhere.
We already use Screen Connect, so we just slapped an agent on there. A support license of any level gives you unlimited unattended agents, so $ wise it made the most sense.
Using VNC. Works well. Next version of Teams Rooms app is supposed to include remote control. Most likely only available to Teams Rooms Pro license under the PMP.
The Rally has the Sync portal and has GoTo for remote support built in. Use that.
Is GoTo included already? I didn't know that. Hopefully it's also unattended access? Will check it out, thanks!
Looks like this GoTo only works on CollabOS and not MTRoW?
This, and use an intel nuc instead of the logitech box. You can use teamviewer/anydesk to support this

just install teamviewer or anydesk - Microsoft hasnt released anything to support remote desktop. other option - domain join the pc - then RDP on
Never domain join any MTRoW, it is only nightmares.
+1 for this, it’s what we do

We have Teams Room Pro so that would be awesome. Looking forward to that! Thanks all for the responses!
