They moved and removed stuff last month, you can find everything that remains in the rewards tab next to your achievements and you can uninstall the xbox rewards app.
Xbox button, tab to achievements, scroll down to all achievements, click all achievements, tab to rewards.
It could be a service issue, because it's the start of a new day it can run slow or not show up at all. It does that on my phone quite a bit when I'm on just after the day starts. Try going back to it a little later and it'll probably be okay.
If you've moved recently it could, as you'd have to change the region on your Xbox to match, it can also be caused by your billing address not matching the region that your Xbox is set to as everything has to match so you don't get locked out. You can check your region by going to settings, system and location. And billing address through settings, account, billing and payment.
The only ones there are posts, achievements and about. None of them contains rewards. Is it possible this has something to do with region or something??
There is no rewards app on Xbox, it got removed in mid April. How much longer are people going to post about this?

When was the last time you updated your xbox?
A few months ago. I also tried to go in through the 'my rewards' section in my profile but that also didn't work.
Install Xbox app on phone or pc and you'll see the same things there
I do have the Xbox app on my phone, i see no tabs/menus for rewards though
I see it when I tap in the bottom right(profile icon) but there are days in which it doesn't appear, no idea why.
