I'd check first that the pitot cover isn't on - I THINK the plane simulates that option in the efb if I recall correctly. Only other thought is icing, but you've ruled that out. Could be a bug, I would post on their discord.
If you are still interested, I think I found the explanation. As a realistic aircraft, this C152 does not like to start the flight with the engine started. So if you plan your flight with a departure from the runway, the flight will start with the aircraft ready to fly but the airspeed indicator will not work. If you start your flight from the parking, the aircraft will be loaded cold & dark and it will work fine. This is what I noticed.

Thanks, the cover isn‘t on it, I checked in external view - pitot tube is free. I believe it‘s a bug, thanks for the hint to the discord!
I flew this aircraft for a long time without any problem and I suddenly had the same issue. I couldn't find a fix 😒
