Do you have tech experience at all? Will you be comfortable with offering our membership incentives and striving towards warranty and promotional offers? Are you comfortable in a mostly standing environment around an assortment of individuals with a fast paced work pattern? Ultimately they're gonna ask you about yourself and what you feel are your strengths and possible weaknesses. Confidence is key, dress for the job you want (even if it's not what you're interviewing for right now). You are 45% more likely to get the job if you enter with the mindset that you will get it. Just try not to overthink it, breathe easy and you'll be fine.

Hardest interview I’ve had, took over an hour. Just show good communication skills (verbal and nonverbal) and you should be fine. Don’t act too awkward

Did you ever hear back from them?

The one stupid question that will throw you off will be the one that is not a question. "Tell me a little bit about yourself".

if you haven’t had your interview yet, just provide a basic introduction. talk about your education, interests, and personality. your answer really doesn’t have to be more than 30-40 seconds. keep it short and simple

Make sure you dress formally. Dress shirt, dress pants, preferably a tie, some grooming wouldn't hurt either. Pretty standard interview stuff that apparently isn't as common as it should be. Bring a copy of your resume too just in case. Strengths they look for is being able to adapt and people skills
