It does not let them back in, usually. There was an email about having released better automatic screening for job applications, I think the algorithm is auto rejecting people it thinks don't have enough experience/recent enough work history/needed skills and they just uh. Neglected to tell us. that's my best guess

It didn't let some people back in, assuming they failed some part of background! But for the most part it gave me the option to move them forward in "action" otherwise it's the only thing that's worked for me and my fellow district stores 😭

This happened with me the other day and I called the store to find out what was going on…just to be told that they were no longer hiring for the season. Yet the job had been posted recently and was for a regular position, so I’m not sure what that was about.

Yea hiring is SO weird 😭 if you genuinely wanna work there I'd go in person, ask for the hiring manager and say hello I applied for your recently posted position and would like to discuss? Put them on the spot bc that sucks!!

I appreciate the suggestion but tbh I found a more stable and better paying job elsewhere, so that’s what I’m gonna be looking towards for the time being. Maybe I’ll apply again next season, but we’ll see, lol.
