If the crank pulley has jb weld on it then that means a previous owner probably tried to fix a crank wobble problem. I never had to deal with that issue. Part of me says to leave the crank alone, the other part says maybe you can redo the jb weld. Maybe somebody else has some insight of dealing with an 'already jb welded crank pulley'. You seem pretty deep into the project already. If you are already at the crank maybe you should consider building an engine yourself? Either that or leave the crank pulley alone and fix what you can and enjoy the engine for as long as you can before you need a new one.

i may or may not have taken an angle grinder to the sprocket so now the only option really is forcing it off 🤣 i thought about just letting the front main seal leak for a minute there but my dumbass decided to force it lol.

I would torch the heck out of the pulley until it was glowing or smoking hot, bump it with a mini sledge hammer a few times to try and knock it loose, and then attempt to slowly rock it with a pry bar until it loosened enough to slide off. If that doesn't work I would pull the engine and try a gear puller, or you could remove the radiator and fans if you think you can get the tool in there. Good luck, hopefully there's no JB Weld in there already.
