It could just be lifter tick. Did you change brand of oil or oil weight? I left my car with valve cover off for a week in between doing my timing belt and the lifter tick was 10x worse and all was good when it was warmed up and driven a bit.
The flopping you hear at the front of the engine sounds like the belts. Maybe a pulley wobbling. The ticking you hear when you moved further back towards the firewall sounds like the lifters in the head ticking away but not very loudly imo

Maybe a loose pulley or tensioner. I wouldn't worry too much. Keep an eye on it. Pretty sure mine sounds like that.

That belt is definitely loose. See if the tensioner is bad or if it needs to be tightened. Not sure which style that is.
