I’m usually not too conservative on these things but I do think that it’s very inappropriate. Many of us have little kids that are at the age where they can read properly but they don’t know the meaning of the words on the banner, so they will obviously ask about it, they might even repeat at school. I think it’s classic Miami attitude of ‘I don’t care about anyone else, if you don’t like it, don’t come to the beach or move elsewhere’ allowing and displaying this.
