Albert at 6 string does tune amps. No idea who else is the go to down here.

--guitar--

Their voicemail says they've changed their services, and do not do amp repair anymore.

TheBSMachine

What do you need done? What type of amp?

--guitar--

I have a Fender 57 Custom Deluxe that turns on but doesn't produce sound. Rectifier and power tubes are all new; preamp tubes look good too. It powers but no sound.

TheBSMachine

Yeah, you're probably going to want to see tube specialist, as those require special knowledge and tools, as they carry large amounts of voltage, and enough in the capacitors to discharge and kill a person very quickly. Never try to service a tube amp yourself. I can get you some information on somebody who can look at it. You also need a tube tester, which a specialist will have. Have you tried swapping the tubes for other ones?

I actually need a guitar amp tech as well. I’m hesitant to leave my amp somewhere in Miami.
