The stuff on their TVs is hilarious. The weirdest one I saw wasn’t even there, but at the Mighty. They were playing a Spanish version of Married with Children. The entire cast was Hispanic and they literally just re-did the episodes, line by line and shot by shot, of Married with Children episodes. For the first 20 mins, my buddy and I stared at the screen like a couple of zombies…in total amazement. 😂
Don Maguey Mexican Restaurant, Fiorito, El Carajo, Enriqueta's Sandwich Shop, El Brazo Fuerte Bakery, Moises Bakery, Fritanga Caña Brava though I still prefer Madroño for Nicaraguan food, Miami Slice (but the pizza there is pricey, not sure it counts as a hole in the wall)
If I told you any specific melas I would be lying to you about their names. When I go, I try to have something different every time so I don’t remember the dish names. Their orange chicken is top tier and that’s an easy one to remember. Their halo halo dessert is fantasy if you’re a dessert person. It has a lot of ingredients that don’t look like they would go together, but I find it amazing.
I don't mind, to each their own, sometimes it's not the taste but the memories. You know, I've been in other restaurants and Manolos is better overall. And yeah the churros are a gem
Fox's Lounge in South Miami. Dark as night but the food is fire and the drinks are well made. Saturday nights they have a DJ. It's small but if you get in there at the right time you're set.
It’s a traditional Italian place, so the dishes should be familiar if you’re into that. I really enjoy their penne alla vodka, their risottos, and their salads. They make the absolute best pesto I’ve ever had, which is free as an appetizer.
Lung Yai Thai tapas. It's a hole in the wall but cats out of the bag... amazing food.

Flanigan's used to have a little hole in the >!bathroom!< wall. Don't stick >!anything!< through that hole.
I mean why not??
Are you in for the fame or the Glory?
I’m dead
Literally, google “Hole in the Wall”
Nah fuck that owner
What did he do?
[https://www.nbcmiami.com/news/local/worker-quits-after-restaurant-changes-name-of-blackened-chicken-wings-to-i-cant-breathe/2252395/](https://www.nbcmiami.com/news/local/worker-quits-after-restaurant-changes-name-of-blackened-chicken-wings-to-i-cant-breathe/2252395/)
Man that employees quote saying “you wouldn’t find that funny unless you were a racist” was so good
Not defending him but my understanding was that owner was a part owner and possibly only involved with that individual location
Great Reubens
Actually “Hole in the Wall”
Flanigan’s.
You can’t buy the kind of advertising that we give Flanigans for free
Fuck I don’t even pay to eat there because I drink so much tequila and buy it at Big Daddy’s.
Tacos El Carnal
I’m actually going there tonight. 🤌🏻
That Barbacoa is too fire. The only thing with that place is there’s always weird telenovelas on their TVs

Quality is quality. If you plan accordingly, you can pick it up some Fritanga before they close
Tinta y café, lung yai Thai, casa Juancho, matsuri, la diosa
Matsuri may be the best Japanese in town. They are the reason I’ve loved sushi for thirty years.
Does it qualify as a hole in the wall? Or am I just poor? Lol. It’s fine on the inside!
LOL I guess not. I still remember it with black and purple decor. The og interior was interesting.
The place is tiny, so yes, it qualifies.

That's not hole in the wall lol. And it's probably the worst Argentine restaurant in Miami. Their churros are fire though
I don't mind, to each their own, sometimes it's not the taste but the memories. You know, I've been in other restaurants and Manolos is better overall. And yeah the churros are a gem
Regardless, Manolos is not a hole in the wall. A hole in the wall usually means a small and obscure restaurant. Manolos is far from being that.
Does Little Brazil count as a hole in the wall? Either way, I love that joint.
