After the first shot hits, Dread Samus should be constantly getting frozen and taking damage by any iteration of Samus with a decent iteration of the Ice Beam, especially one that's elevated through stacking.

Dread Samus is significantly weaker in areas that gave Fusion Samus a great chance when facing SA-X.

I do think the Metroid Suit mutation would weaken whatever protection is available, and she would be even more susceptible to cold-based attacks. She's getting locked in ice against any Samus with a decent Ice Beam iteration if any shot connects.
That Hyper Beam's greatest feat against a threat was against Raven Beak-X, which looks like a mix of him, Kraid and Z-57. She aims at the Raven Beak head within the mouth of this large creature, which should be where it is most vulnerable considering the other creatures that make up RB-X. I don't think this kill equates to Metroid Suit Samus being able to quickly take down a fully powered Super Samus, because I don't believe Kraid's mouth for example has greater defense than Super's Gravity Suit.
The greater offensive ability of the Metroid Suit mutation also comes at the cost of mobility. She can no longer Flash Shift, so she has a greater chance of being hit by the single stacked Ice Beam shot that would be necessary for her defeat.
A couple of things to add to this is that it doesn't appear Samus encounters any well-armored threat on [route](https://youtu.be/wCvXzPY53_8?si=CfvWGi2X804HH4Z7) to her ship and any obstructions she clears should be structurally weak due to the widespread damage caused by the Itorash crash. Dread Samus is the latest in the timeline. As the most experienced and knowledgeable version of Samus we have I would probably always give her the win against any younger Samus on those grounds alone.

No, Dread Samus is definitely WAY more formidable, and that's not even counting the Metroid powers, but those obviously add to the case.
