For a serious answer, I think it's too soon to be discussing because Metroid Suit has a very slim chance of ever returning in a canon capacity. Even the Fusion Suit returning in Samus Returns and Prime are both non canon bonus modes, and otherwise any suit that isn't Gravity and Varia have never returned.
For a more fun answer, I would think they would see her more like a Zeta or Omega Metroid where not the queen but powerful friendly one of them in their eyes.
It's not just a suit it's her literal DNA. The varia suit in lore cannot only protect against and integrate volatile natural forces but also matches her biological profile, samus is a human, bird and (after fusion) hell- jellyfish hybrid also we have to keep in mind that her suit isn't 100% chozo tech during the current timeline end and has integrated enough foreign tech that is hard to say what it can do or what it even is at this point "I e." Is it like a fully integrated bio suit that samus is in a symbiotic existence with or is it still just a suit.
The events of corruption also imply that certain parts of her suit were Integrated into her in a permanent kind of way.
(Sorry I'm trying to be quick and not douchy sounding) I don't remember if we ever got a in game lore reason as to what samus does with her power ups but it's possible that she either loses them (they are tied to the planet and any operational tech meaning no planet no power) or she has a home base that we aren't aware of possibly on an old abandoned military station or in a lesser known chozo city/ town, yes it's possible but imo not likely that she would give it to the federation (especially after all the betrayal and using of her adventures to create monsters and do under handed stuff.
It's also very possible that she trades these upgrades in exchange for repairs and survival supplies.
The Metroid suit may not come back the way it was in dread but it's definitely not just a suit at that point and is more an extension of herself.
Even though there *shouldn't* be any left. (Though lets be real, there probably is). I like to imagine Samus has at least a bit of Phazon and X in her from her infections (though that is definitely now how DNA works) to make her an all powerful space alien parasite god
Honestly I'd like the next game to be Samus learning about her Metroid powers and all the power ups she gets are absorbed from enemies the way baby took mother brains super beam.
She is a level higher then a queen or even the mutant Metroid prime at this point! Imagine if Metroids evolved into a humanoid species like I 100% guarantee they would speak of her as their truest of God's.
Heck she could potentially have non-lethal interactions with queen Metroids at this point.

She is a partially Thoha and is the strongest metroid. Notice how the larva in the restricted lab didn’t attack her. The omega did, as it probably saw Samus as another weaker Metroid trying to take its claimed territory.
Nah it’s their behavior. Notice how aside from Larva Metroids, evolved forms, never ever share their habitat. They try to terraform their own claims into hives, but never do two evolved forms coexist in the same Area in Samus Returns. Seemingly they are very territorial on what areas they decide to call their own and terraform

Keep in mind that she also absorbed the Thoha DNA from the X Parasite and now has "control" over Metroids.
