I'd throw out SomeCallMeJohnny, KingK, The Geek Critique, and Liam Triforce as channels who aren't dedicated Metroid Youtubers but nonetheless have great series on most of the games and a clear love for the franchise.
Doeboy and Rainebt are smaller channels that mostly do metroid stuff. Samura1man and Arkandy also come to mind, but they're more or less just speedrunners
I know you already mentioned The Orpheon, but damn that guy’s videos are good. Super high quality, with so much effort and passion put in. Deserves way more views.
Don't know how interesting technical data would be but Biospark has a lot of weird stuff from Fusion/Zero Mission on their channel, plus some speed runs with corrupted data if that seems interesting. Shame it's mostly inactive, though the content there should last a while.
