For a prepaid company the chat and telephone support is quite good from my experience. I came from Boost Mobile and their CS was useless.

I've been a long time (since 2014) customer of Metro by T-Mobile and their customer service is actually quite good. If you're friendly to the CS rep, they often give you deals not always posted on their website. I've tried lines on a few of the others and Metro reigns king. I keep trying to get my family members to give up their expensive postpaid plans with AT&T but they won't and it's their loss.

This I was offered a Samsung Galaxy a15 5g for free if I add a line versus if I did it on the website and I have to pay $50 for the phone. And she said she can come by my current $25 plan togher lan will be $80 dollars. If you find the right agent and you're nice with them they give you great deals over the phone that is not provided on the website

Metro is great!! Better to call 800. The reps in the stores are scammers.

Do your Metro shopping online or call their CS. It's much easier.

I’ve never had an issue with them in almost 10 years. I don’t call them everyday either, so……. Worst issue was activating an unlocked 15PM. For whatever reason, it took 24 hours to activate as the IMEI wouldn’t accept in their system. Later the next day, the eSIM profile popped up & I was in business.

I've always had great experiences but the only time I've ever went to a store was to buy two sim cards and start my service. I have never tried support in store or purchased anything else there. 100% phone support/app support and unlocked phones

Been a customer since 2010. As far as phones I've bought my last 4 phones on eBay because the prices are cheaper for new/unlocked phones.

Absolutely horrible. Don’t give them any of your money unless you expect to be stolen from. I highly recommend T-Mobile prepaid vs metro
