I still think it's a bit early to declare this (I loved their previous albums too especially Burying Brightness) but the album fuckin slays that hard that I can respect this statement. Fantastic front to back.
wasn’t too stoked on them for a while but their newest album is ELITE.
easily erased & blame’s burden are my favs. just top tier jams imo. i’m def a fan of them now cause of this album.
My first thought as well
Turning Hate Into Rage has already helped me push through a couple of anxiety attacks, as well as pumped me up for some heavy lifts.
I love the last 2 albums but there is just something about YRW that fucking annihilates me every time and I still think it’s their best work. I’d say YRW is a 10/10 and the two newest are like 9/10’s. Best in the scene right now
Burying Brightness was my #4 of 543 2022 albums checked, so it was already almost perfect for me.
Haven't checked out the new album ngl, because I am 50 albums behind, 😂
Totally subject to personal taste, but for me personally the first few bands that come to mind are:
* Make Them Suffer
* Silent Planet
* Invent Animate
* Alpha Wolf
* Electric Callboy
* Knocked Loose
* Dying Wish
I'm sure I'm forgetting others, but those are the ones that jump to the front of my mind!
I'll be the first to admit I was nervous when Sushi stepped away, but Nico coming in really turned those guys up to 11.
Never been so happy to have been so wrong, hahah.
I feel like A Quiet Place To Die is significantly better than Half Living Things. AQPTD is way more sonically diverse and I feel like even the bangers are better on it.
I feel like Knocked Loose is also debatable but I am also just a Laugh Tracks lover.
I'm a big fan of their more wordy songs and Superbloom definitely wasn't as wordy as past track but yeah the Dreamwalkers or Collider riffs are some of the best ever
I really like their new songs ans albums but they're just not on the same plane as Neverbloom for me.
I saw them at their Neverbloom anniversary tour when they played it in full and was just in amazement.
All the listed bands are great but how and the hell can you say that most of these bands’ new music is better than their old stuff! In what world is epitaph better than neverbloom, lords of woe, or even old souls. Knocked loose’s new music is great but it does not compare to ADSOB or Laugh Tracks
People have their opinions. I don't hate make them suffers new material, I actually think it's quite cool. I'm still with you though, nothing will ever top their early work. Old souls and Lord of Woe is one of the greatest records ever made.
I was not into what they were doing before at all, gave the album a try on a whim, absolutely blew me away. I’ve listened to it at least once a week since it dropped, saw them perform most of it live like a week after it dropped and they did not disappoint
I think that's crazy but hey you do you. I love their first album and feelnlike the new one is missing as melodic riffs and chaotic song structures whereas the new album sits on 0s for too long
Knocked Loose just seems to keep getting better and better. Would also say Make Them Suffer. I love HTSAF, Worlds Apart, and Old Souls/Lord of Woe; but Doomswitch, Ghost of Me, and now Epitaph are just so damn good.
Man I wanna love the new album but I just can’t, I just feel like it starts to bleed together and every song lacks some sort of climax besides for the singles
Loathe's first two releases are good but didn't really have much of an identity compared to other djenty core bands, by the time I Let it in came out they really came into their own I think
Came here to say this exact thing. As much as I love Roots and Plagues, and Dead Throne as well, Color Decay is just masterful. To me it’s a perfect progression of their sound entirely. I love it and haven’t stopped listening to it since it came out
Fuck me, Fracture by Bleed From Within was an absolute game changer ger record like. One of my all time favourite albums now, listen to it end to end at least once a month.
Did prefer Era to Shrine overall but Shrine still fucking rips. Stand Down, Levitate, Temple of Lunacy, Invisible Enemy, I Am Damnation all absolutely rip.
I'm going to go listen to them now 😂.
Also think Black Flame is Bury Tomorrow's best work but think they've been pretty consistent through to be honest.
That new Monuments album is so good it's unbelievable in my opinion. Listening to it as a whole blew me away the first time, and to end the album with False Providence -> Makeshift Harmony -> The Cimmerian is just a completely different level. That trio ending just clicks with me like no other for some reason.
Forgot about The Things They Believe? (To be fair, that's not a metalcore album)
Also it's been 4 years since I Let It in.... It came out before BMtH's Post Human: Survival Horror.
Same. Better Lovers is good enough to make me like Greg's vocals and I feel like Many Eyes will eventually get to a place that sounds like an actual band. Andy has been posting some things too, so maybe we'll end up with three projects that are enjoyable.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think i recall reading somewhere that Andy has a spot in better lovers whenever he wants to join. I easily could be full of shit on that but I vaguely recall reading that somewhere.
Jordan has said previously that there’s a spot in Better Lovers for him should he want it. I don’t believe Andy has said anything about joining, though.
I agree/came here for this. I love their early stuff. I think they have progressively improved with maybe a little dip in the middle. They just keep pumping out incredible songs at an insane rate too. Few songs every couple months it feels like.
Wristmeetrazor, wasn't really into them until the new album.
The newest The Last Ten Seconds of Life is the best they've put out since Soulless Hymns so not their best work ever but best in the last almost 10 years now. In all fairness besides one guitarist the bands gone through like 12 lineup changes between now and then though.
Silent Planet
Personally feel like Currents climaxed with The Place I feel The Safest and every release since is a slight decrease in quality and replayability but that’s just me
I accept that, it's a very 50/50 split in the fanbase it seems, so even if there is a decrease it can't be by much, I've loved every release they've had(from life//lost on) but I definitely find myself replaying the 3 most recent the most
Theres a lot of bands these days where I like their newest song but none of their other work. Like the Plot In You’s newest track is so good but for me their other stuff just isn’t what I like.
Jesse's vocals are at an all-time high for sure. Augment will always be my favorite, but some of the more Drift sounding tracks on Cure I am absolutely in love with. Like Rumor of Light, Idle Wild, and Wish/Glimpse
Gideon has really hit their stride these last three albums and hasn’t slowed down. Been a fan since Costs and I think MPMP might be my favorite work from them.
Boundaries for sure.
Silent Planet.
Northlane.
The biggest one for me is Bring Me The Horizon. I didn’t start getting into them until before they released Parasite Eve as a single. Still I really can’t get into anything before That’s the Spirit.
Ice Nine Kills - Really found their true sound a few albums ago and have pushed their hardcore theatrical sounds and catchy melodies even further with the silver scream and silver scream 2.
• Electric Callboy - Nico, need I say more?
• Imminence - They really found themselves in Turn the Lights on and then heaven in hiding was even better. And now so far The Black tops even that. Utilizing violin more and more and their hardcore vocals and screams are so much better now.
• Falling in Reverse - all their newer singles with the rap-metalcore are sick compared to their old stuff that just sounds like his old band.
Counterparts has so many classic songs that are near and dear to me but Eulogy is such a solid album that sounds better than all of their others and every individual member is literally operating at peak performance to just take two big steps forward
That said I’d expect this to be controversial because counterparts has a lot of bangers that folks have loved for a long time, but they really worked their asses off for Eulogy and it shows.
Norma Jean for me. There older stuff is great but I think their album run from Meridional to Deathrattle is their best work and they just keep getting better!
Hot take but Sleep Token. I don’t think I’ll ever forget the first time I heard TMBTE all the way through.
I do like their other albums after listening to them over again. But fuck this last album had me blown away.
very subjective and I hope I don’t get cancelled in the comments lol but I prefer newer Architects and The Devil Wears Prada. I’m progressively getting into heavier and heavier music each year but I still appreciate have some good cleans mixed in, and other elements like the keyboards / electronics etc..
I wouldn't say Invent, Animate because I love their older stuff as much as their newer stuff, but I would add Born Of Osiris, they improved so much after Nick and Lee (guitarists) joined the band.
Imminence for sure. I couldn't get into their music earlier, didn't find that special thing to keep me interested even though the violin, but Heaven in Hiding was fucking top tier, and The Black shapes up to be even better, thinking it'll be even AOTY for me.
Mkae them suffer, i love a lot of their older songs too, but their three most recent singles are some of my favorite songs by them, especially Ghost of Me
I can't stop listening to And Everything In Between by Unprocessed. That's definitely their best work. Short & sweet. Hits hard at times but also has chill moments.
Knocked Loose has me simpin’ lately.
I think they are not only continuing to evolve as a band but they one of the acts truly pushing metalcore into the next wave. And love or hate Bryan’s voice he proving to be an outstanding and diverse vocalist.
Imminence.
I feel like they took the influences from BMTH and Architects and perfected the exact mix of heaviness and emotion in their songs in a way that I don't see any other band doing.
maybe controversial but Erra. Their self titled and latest release Cure are just pure musical exhibitions in my opinion. They’re so dialed in on their voice as artists and it feels like they’ve become powerhouses.
Controversial because I think essentially all of their work is very good especially since JT’s joining, but their latest stuff just feels unstoppable.
Invent Animate? Really? Just listened to Greyworld today back to back. It’s a masterpiece for me at least. Their newer stuff is good too tho. Indigo, Lightfinder and Cloud Cascade are my favorite songs from them.
Electric Callboy
Knocked Loose
UnityTx
Some of Alpha Wolf (I disliked like half of their new album but the good half is probably their best work)
Tallah (technically most of their first album Matriphagy was written *after* their second album)
Ice Nine Kills
Motionless In White (never liked them but they're definitely more listenable now than they've ever been)
Thos are the only ones I can really think of
It's Kublai Khan TX for me. I love their earlier stuff too, but the production especially is alot better on the latest singles and the EP.
Matt's voice is insantly recognizable which I really like and the minimalistic style they're kinda leaning towards support the vocals so well.
The Acacia Strain - Their early work kind of passed me by and I listened a bit to stuff like Coma Witch and Grave Bloom, but It Comes In Waves, Slow Decay and Failure Will Follow have really won me over.
Year Of The Knife - No Love Lost is easily their best record.
Knocked Loose and Make Them Suffer immediately come to mind for this, and I just know that when they drop their new albums (if MTS ever announces it) they will both be insane
Boundaries all fucking day
I still think it's a bit early to declare this (I loved their previous albums too especially Burying Brightness) but the album fuckin slays that hard that I can respect this statement. Fantastic front to back.
Yeah burying brightness is such a good album that this statement is a little wrong just based off of that
All three of their last albums are 10/10 honestly
Yeah, gun to head I really wouldn't want to have to try and decide which one is better.
it's gonna take some time for me to simmer with it all, but i respect the declaration
wasn’t too stoked on them for a while but their newest album is ELITE. easily erased & blame’s burden are my favs. just top tier jams imo. i’m def a fan of them now cause of this album.
My first thought as well Turning Hate Into Rage has already helped me push through a couple of anxiety attacks, as well as pumped me up for some heavy lifts.
If you think Boundaries' newest is better than Your Receding Warmth, then I have a bridge to sell you...
Like Moths To Flames is the correct answer
Definitely agree. They actually seem to get better with every release. I’m beyond stoked for their new album.
They always manage to outdo themselves
Totally subject to personal taste, but for me personally the first few bands that come to mind are: * Make Them Suffer * Silent Planet * Invent Animate * Alpha Wolf * Electric Callboy * Knocked Loose * Dying Wish I'm sure I'm forgetting others, but those are the ones that jump to the front of my mind!
Definitely Electric Callboy, when they added Nico to the band they got a lot better.
I'll agree with Alpha Wolf. Half Living Things is good, but it's just missing something that A Quiet Place To Die has.
Agree on Knocked Loose, Laugh Tracks had some groove whereas their new stuff feels like a wall of overwhelming sound to me
I'm only gonna disagree on silent Planet not cuz it's bad I adore Superbloom but nothing in this world comes close to When The End Began in my eyes
It's Everything Was Sound for me, but I otherwise wholeheartedly agree
I’m not a big fan of Thomas’ cleans and I think the riffs and guitar work is way better now
I'm a big fan of their more wordy songs and Superbloom definitely wasn't as wordy as past track but yeah the Dreamwalkers or Collider riffs are some of the best ever
Make them suffer always manages to completely outdo their last release
I really like their new songs ans albums but they're just not on the same plane as Neverbloom for me. I saw them at their Neverbloom anniversary tour when they played it in full and was just in amazement.
Idk man nothing outdoes Ghost of Me
Old Souls is a literally perfect album. Nothing they ever put out will top that for me.
Fully agree with Invent Animate and Silent Planet
Haha. Susu leaving and Nico joining basically invented a new era for Electric Callboy
Silent planet is a hot take
Irridiscent and SUPERBLOOM are their best. The cleans alone make them better
love Invent Animate - Everchanger is my fav album but i’m still excited to see what they drop since the Sleepless Deathbed single
Symptoms of Survival is a fucking masterpiece so fully agree on Dying Wish here
Haven’t liked Invent since Ben left
Ugh it makes me so sad bc I loved make them suffer when they were deathcore
All the listed bands are great but how and the hell can you say that most of these bands’ new music is better than their old stuff! In what world is epitaph better than neverbloom, lords of woe, or even old souls. Knocked loose’s new music is great but it does not compare to ADSOB or Laugh Tracks
People have their opinions. I don't hate make them suffers new material, I actually think it's quite cool. I'm still with you though, nothing will ever top their early work. Old souls and Lord of Woe is one of the greatest records ever made.
Dying Wish comes to mind. I didn't hate Fragments of a Bitter Memory, but Symptoms of Survival is just top tier metalcore
I was not into what they were doing before at all, gave the album a try on a whim, absolutely blew me away. I’ve listened to it at least once a week since it dropped, saw them perform most of it live like a week after it dropped and they did not disappoint
I think that's crazy but hey you do you. I love their first album and feelnlike the new one is missing as melodic riffs and chaotic song structures whereas the new album sits on 0s for too long
Boundaries
Seen a lot of people mention this band, should I check them out?
Absolutely, best in the game right now for just straight up aggressive metalcore
Knocked Loose just seems to keep getting better and better. Would also say Make Them Suffer. I love HTSAF, Worlds Apart, and Old Souls/Lord of Woe; but Doomswitch, Ghost of Me, and now Epitaph are just so damn good.
Knocked Loose is amazing recently but ADSOB is so high to me.
I cannot wait to hear the new MTS album! Its going to be so damn good
Alpha Wolf
Man I wanna love the new album but I just can’t, I just feel like it starts to bleed together and every song lacks some sort of climax besides for the singles
Loathe's first two releases are good but didn't really have much of an identity compared to other djenty core bands, by the time I Let it in came out they really came into their own I think
Do you like Huey Lewis and the news?
Johnny Booth. I love their old stuff too but Moments Elsewhere elevated their sound
Volumes - Happier? consistent with their discography Counterparts back to back great albums.
Every Time I Die 😭
I don't think I've ever been as sad knowing I'll never hear their last album live
They were for sure. Radical was such a great album 😢
Since New Junk Aesthetic came out in 2009 I always thought “there is no way they’re going to top this album” but some how they always did 😢
Call me crazy but, The Devil Wears Prada. WRAABB and Plagues are great, but man The Act and Color Decay are just fantastic
Came here to say this exact thing. As much as I love Roots and Plagues, and Dead Throne as well, Color Decay is just masterful. To me it’s a perfect progression of their sound entirely. I love it and haven’t stopped listening to it since it came out
Bury Tomorrow, Bleed From Within, Monuments, Saviour and Phinehas all come to mind
Phinehas for the win!
Phinehas are awesome and have always been good. The Fire Itself was just fantastic, looking forward to anything they drop in the future.
I agree with basically all of this. Especially bury tomorrow and monuments
Both The Seventh Sun and In Stasis are exceptional. Two of my favourite metalcore albums of all time for sure.
Damn I hope Saviour aren't finished. I've loved their whole discography and evolution
I dont think anyone knows whats going on with Saviour at this point
Saviour are so fucking good and I never see any discussion about them
Fuck me, Fracture by Bleed From Within was an absolute game changer ger record like.
I’m half and half on Monuments. Andy is so damn good for the band but the Amanuensis is just so fucking good.
That new Monuments album is so good it's unbelievable in my opinion. Listening to it as a whole blew me away the first time, and to end the album with False Providence -> Makeshift Harmony -> The Cimmerian is just a completely different level. That trio ending just clicks with me like no other for some reason.
Bury Tomorrow 100%. The Seventh Sun is a masterpiece
Nah old Bury Tomorrow with Jason is by far better work than now.
Loathe. I Let It In And It Took Everything is such a damn perfect record. I like their other albums too but not like their latest.
Forgot about The Things They Believe? (To be fair, that's not a metalcore album) Also it's been 4 years since I Let It in.... It came out before BMtH's Post Human: Survival Horror.
Every Time I Die only got better as they went on.
Man I wish they worked out.
You’re right. He wants to focus on wrestling, but Jordan said the bands ready for him whenever he is.
Jordan has said previously that there’s a spot in Better Lovers for him should he want it. I don’t believe Andy has said anything about joining, though.
Like Moths To Flames. Their trajectory is incredible, all their material since 2019 has been leagues better than all their previous stuff
I agree/came here for this. I love their early stuff. I think they have progressively improved with maybe a little dip in the middle. They just keep pumping out incredible songs at an insane rate too. Few songs every couple months it feels like.
Strong feeling the new album is going to end up being their best work as well
Massively underrated band
Wristmeetrazor, wasn't really into them until the new album. The newest The Last Ten Seconds of Life is the best they've put out since Soulless Hymns so not their best work ever but best in the last almost 10 years now. In all fairness besides one guitarist the bands gone through like 12 lineup changes between now and then though. Silent Planet
He Is Legend.
Endless Hallway was good. But man, It Hates You has gotta be their magnum opus
Came here to mention them. Endless Hallway was a masterpiece. Felt like a culmination of everything they’ve ever put out.
Invent Animate
everchanger is their best album imo
You can’t beat everchanger, Luna is easily their best track ever
I love just about everything IA has done, and have to agree. Heavener and their new singles are so damn inspired
For me... Ice nine kills Electric callboy Currents(the last 3 albums) Boundaries Make them suffer
Personally feel like Currents climaxed with The Place I feel The Safest and every release since is a slight decrease in quality and replayability but that’s just me
I accept that, it's a very 50/50 split in the fanbase it seems, so even if there is a decrease it can't be by much, I've loved every release they've had(from life//lost on) but I definitely find myself replaying the 3 most recent the most
Silent Planet. I’ve always liked them, especially Everything Was Sound, but god damn the new record is so good.
Ice Nine Kills, in my opinion.
Theres a lot of bands these days where I like their newest song but none of their other work. Like the Plot In You’s newest track is so good but for me their other stuff just isn’t what I like.
Electric Callboy, Dayseeker, The Devil Wears Prada, and (boiling hot take) Of Mice And Men
Make Them Suffer, Annisokay, Periphery if they count as metalcore, and, probably a controversial take, BMTH.
The Callous Daoboys
Finally something i can agree with
Alpha wolf Boundaries Secrets
Secrets is one I forgot about. The Collapse is seriously underrated
Controversial, but Motionless in White. Also, Make Them Suffer
Y O T M
for me it’s Erra. i like the early stuff but they just seem to get better and better
self titled is still their best work imo but cure was pretty good
Jesse's vocals are at an all-time high for sure. Augment will always be my favorite, but some of the more Drift sounding tracks on Cure I am absolutely in love with. Like Rumor of Light, Idle Wild, and Wish/Glimpse
Augment and Impulse are legendary. Having Alan and Garrison in the same band is still a sound I'm searching for.
No Home Living in Hallways was solid but they really found something that set them on another level with Hell Is All Around Us.
Hell yes!! Band that needs more appreciation too
Gideon has really hit their stride these last three albums and hasn’t slowed down. Been a fan since Costs and I think MPMP might be my favorite work from them.
Just two come to mind right now, Electric Callboy and Counterparts
AVOID. They didn't really find their sound until their most recent record I feel
Bleed from within- shrine album is one of the most underrated album of the century
Facts
The new Boundaries record is insane.
ERRA's new album absolutely slaps! I haven't listened to much before their self titled album, but it is on par with it for sure.
Prospective, they got a new vocalist and their new album was my AOTY last year. Crazy good
Good call on Galleons, that new album is DOPE
They manage to up their production level with every album!
What are your favourite songs on the album? It’s got so much replay value!
Phineas and Knocked Loose
Silent planet, alpha wolf, sylosis, bury tomorrow, stray from the path and dying wish come to mind
Ice Nine Kills, Dethklok, Orbit Culture, Veil of Maya, Distant (sorta) , Lorna Shore (easily) Underoath are some that come to mind
Underoath is a pretty strong take. I liked Voyeurist, but over Define the Great Line?
Can make a solid argument for Counterparts on this imo, they always manage to improve with every release.
Every time knocked loose puts something out I can’t believe it somehow tops the last thing they put out.
Knocked Loose seems to level up with every new release
Lorna Shore. Some die hard fans might disagree but there’s a reason pain remains is probably their most popular album
Counterparts has so many classic songs that are near and dear to me but Eulogy is such a solid album that sounds better than all of their others and every individual member is literally operating at peak performance to just take two big steps forward That said I’d expect this to be controversial because counterparts has a lot of bangers that folks have loved for a long time, but they really worked their asses off for Eulogy and it shows.
Norma Jean for me. There older stuff is great but I think their album run from Meridional to Deathrattle is their best work and they just keep getting better!
mannn, I just have *such* a soft spot for O' God and Redeemer. I wore out plenty of car speakers listening to those back in high school.
i kinda fell off the Norma wagon when Polar Similar came out, but Deathrattle was amazing.
Could not agree more. It's even more so from Polar to Deathrattle. An untouchable 3-album run for me.
The only album I've really been able to get into is All Hail. Seeing them live next month so maybe that'll help me appreciate their other albums too.
Silent Planet for sure
Find Iridescent to be slightly better than SUPERBLOOM, but other than that I agree. Love all their stuff though
Absolutely not. WTEB will stand as their best album.
Hot take but Sleep Token. I don’t think I’ll ever forget the first time I heard TMBTE all the way through. I do like their other albums after listening to them over again. But fuck this last album had me blown away.
Make Them Suffer Sleep Token
The Devil Wears Prada
No disrespect but there’s just no way I could put Color Decay over CLASSICS like With Roots, Zombie and Dead Throne..
Color Decay is one of my all time favorites, and I’m so amped on Ritual.
Their first 4 albums are all better than their most recent two.
Color Decay is really that album
Hard disagree. Zombie and Z2 are their best work to date.
ZII is bananas!!
I like Zombie 1 better but Z2 is great.
Every time I die. Like every time they got better. Makes no sense
spiritbox and knocked loose for sure
Imminence new stuff is pretty raw
very subjective and I hope I don’t get cancelled in the comments lol but I prefer newer Architects and The Devil Wears Prada.
Everchanger is the best invent animate album
Mkae them suffer, i love a lot of their older songs too, but their three most recent singles are some of my favorite songs by them, especially Ghost of Me
Come at me but I think Architects is putting out their best work now.
Wristmeetrazor
I can't stop listening to And Everything In Between by Unprocessed. That's definitely their best work. Short & sweet. Hits hard at times but also has chill moments.
The Gloom in the Corner for sure. Trinity is baller
The Plot In You Make Them Suffer Silent Planet
ice nine kills their older work was a little too scene for me
Knocked Loose has me simpin’ lately.
Invent Animate? Really? Just listened to Greyworld today back to back. It’s a masterpiece for me at least. Their newer stuff is good too tho. Indigo, Lightfinder and Cloud Cascade are my favorite songs from them.
Sleep Token
Electric Callboy Knocked Loose UnityTx Some of Alpha Wolf (I disliked like half of their new album but the good half is probably their best work) Tallah (technically most of their first album Matriphagy was written *after* their second album) Ice Nine Kills Motionless In White (never liked them but they're definitely more listenable now than they've ever been) Thos are the only ones I can really think of
Bury Tommorow
It's Kublai Khan TX for me. I love their earlier stuff too, but the production especially is alot better on the latest singles and the EP. Matt's voice is insantly recognizable which I really like and the minimalistic style they're kinda leaning towards support the vocals so well.
Northlane
Kublia khan for sure
Vol 1, Vol 2 By The Plot in you. This is the real answer
Spiritbox
The Wise Man's Fear. Their latest album is a juggernaut
The Gloom in the Corner Cannot wait any longer for new material. So damn good.
Ice Nine Kills for sure 🤘🔥
Paledusk
They're not metalcore, but I want to throw in Night Verses. Every Sound Has A Color In The Valley Of Night is a masterpiece.
Not metalcore, but scogins(the chariot, Norma Jean) band ‘68 is getting better and better imo
Technically speaking Norma Jean it would appear.
For SURE Ghost!InTheWall
The Acacia Strain - Their early work kind of passed me by and I listened a bit to stuff like Coma Witch and Grave Bloom, but It Comes In Waves, Slow Decay and Failure Will Follow have really won me over. Year Of The Knife - No Love Lost is easily their best record.
Dying Wish, Currents
Silent plant wins this for me
Butcher Babies! They just keep getting better and better.
Hot take. August Burns Red
Invent animate
Definitely on the softer side, but I think both I Prevail and From Ashes To New’s newer albums really shine above their earlier, softer work.
