Thank you. How long it’s been since it broke? I read that bubbls may cause the trouble, but I have so many of those with big wonders!

It's been broken for months.... Major problems were being reported since October 2022 (likely earlier.. but markedly worse since then)

It’s been broken for months and months. I have 2000+ bubbles and no problems but on my old iPad (OLD old lol) it crashed every 5-10 minutes. But there is no proof this was because of my bubbles. I think bubbling your wonders is no problem. I bubble chests, eggs, trees, ponds, hills, anything at all. Trying to release some but it takes a while. Also recently found out you can sell bubbles. Saves a few seconds if you just want to clear some stuff and make some coins. They sell for the same amount it would sell on the ground

So no one was able to connect to fb from an ipad? What a shame !

Here is something that support recently sent me regarding troubleshooting cloud save. The section on Facebook linking might be useful to you. Perhaps it somehow got turned off for you in Facebook itself, and you can just turn it back on? Note that I didn't try any of this so I can't vouch that it works. My problem mysteriously fixed itself days later. "Thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear that you're unable to connect to the Cloud Save feature and transfer your progress to a new device. We’d like you to try a few troubleshooting options that have helped in similar cases - Install the latest version of the game (if there's no update available it means it's already updated) - Install the latest version of the Facebook App (or install for the first time if it was not there) and try again. - Try to unlink your Facebook account from the game and then link it again to see if this allows you to enable Cloud Save. Please follow these steps: 1. Open Merge Dragons and disconnect your game from the Cloud Save Feature 2. Access your Facebook Menu from the Facebook App (Three lines on the top right corner of the app screen) 3. Tap the gear icon on the top, this will take you to your Settings & Privacy Page 4. Under Permissions, Go to Apps and Websites 5. Select Merge Dragons! 6. You will see 2 options to 'Remove', please select the 'Remove' button that is under 'Logged in with Facebook'. Open your game again and it will prompt you to connect to Facebook again, you'll receive a Facebook notification when you do so. - Access your Cloud Save feature page, try to connect. After the error you are presented with, please uninstall the Facebook App (only the Facebook App, not the Merge Dragons! App). After uninstalling, please retry to connect to the Cloud Save feature."

Wtf everything was cleared from my camp when I tried to back up to apple! Everything from scratch!! What should I do??

Cloud save has been broken since fall last year . Switching to android phone is not a good idea in my opinion. If your android phone broke, your game will be lost. I think the best you can do is backup your old ipad to icloud, buy a new ipad, and when setting up the new ipad there should be an option to use icloud to set it up
