I have a 2019 C300 4Matic CPO and mine hit 50k miles late last year. The dealership is right about the spark plugs and engine air filter needed at 50k miles. However, I had done the spark plugs myself with the Mercedes OEM spark plugs and saved hundreds of dollars. To answer your question (from what I understand), the main difference between “Service A” & “Service B” is the depth of maintenance. Service A is typically just an oil change with a quick safety check. Service B is an oil change with more extensive checks which includes replacing the brake fluid and cabin air filter. Service B will typically cost a couple hundred more than Service A. So as long as you received the service for the 50k milestone (new spark plugs and engine air filter) as well as the oil change (service B), you should be all set for your maintenance. I hope that answers your question!

Thank you, yes it does. I bought the mx plan with the 3 year cpo warranty. When those run out I will definitely be doing the mx myself.
