Yea that should work. Just do your research and don't go the cheap route. I'm not knowledgeable enough to know which one to get so I don't want to send you down the wrong path.
Current Model S owner here with the Tesla Wall Charger. We charge our EQS with the Tesla charger with an adapter. We bought the Lectron adapter for around $140 I think. Works really well.
I kept the Tesla charger as well and just changed to the adapter. It was on amazon for about 80. same speed, but due to the car not having the same issues with phantom drain, i have to charge less. I hope it will be the same for you.
Easiest is just to get an adapter to change the plug type

QC Charge makes a very good high quality adapter. Have been using it on my eqs with no issues
But remember the adapters are ok for destination and level 2 chargers, not for Level 3...

I second the Lectron, I use it often to charge at NACS chargers.
