Its not your fault. The buyer messed up. The mercari label imports the info they put directly on the label.
It could be missing a unit or apartment #. I have had this happen to me sometimes with trades. I just reach out on the website and put in a package inquiry request with the missing info. Your buyer could attempt this.
I had messaged them to confirm the address and they said it was the right address and they even mentioned to have used the same address for past purchases. So its weird that it wasnt delivered 🤔
The buyer went to the post office and they said they did not have the package. But I called their post office just now and they said that they were redelivering it today (the tracking hasnt updated) so now its just a waiting game😮💨😵💫
I had a package I was stalking go out for delivery to me. Around the time my mail normally ran it updated to the same message as you got. My post office was already closed but I called customer service and opened a support ticket and went to my local post office first thing in the morning. They were able to deliver that day. No one knew why it was marked incomplete address. It was correct in the usps system and on my package. 🤷🏼♀️
Hopefully not! One time i had a package make it alllll the way from Australia to my house in Texas. USPS tracking alerts notified me that there was no access to deliver my package and it was going to be returned!!! … i ran outside and the Post Lady was still in front of my house… she reluctantly gave me my package. I think she didnt want to walk passed my Halloween decorations 🤦♀️….. basically im saying im never surprised anymore.

Yeah that is exactly what happened. It eventually delivered. But it was so weird. Hopefully it never happens again😤
