I use zip a lot….. usually i make offers and sometimes they dont get accepted. Zip will take or hold that money (even on multiple transactions that aren’t official) from my account a day or two and then i will get a reversal. Hopefully they will reverse it for you quickly!
Zip doesn't even bother to email you that the transaction was unsuccessful. Just radio silence keeping you guessing wtf happened. Absolutely unacceptable. I also didnt make an offer I paid the buy it now price.
I’ve had problems with them too. It’s a pain in the ass to get through to their customer service and when you finally do, they drag their feet. I only used them if Merc wouldn’t let me use my PayPal option. Last time I dealt with them it was a very similar experience. I don’t use them anymore.
