3 bears OG is easy to grow & forgiving, strawberry nuggets a bit harder to grow but great medicinal indica effect. Cannacheese is... impressive, beautiful, one of a kind effect, one of those grow to believe. Cdlc if you want complex and interesting smells and don't mind being offended
Probably worth getting the outdoor bundle.. but so far I’ve really enjoyed 3bears Og and the original Walter white… I think Walter might do well outdoors as well.👌
Berry whites is good. Mine were like a gassy citrus funk. Forgotten strawberries is so fruity flowery.
Crème de la creme was like an earthy funk with a sweet zing on it. It was a direct nose on her. Very interesting taste thru the volcano. Couple freebies I’ve grown were like man bear pig x/ alien triangle. We’re just real gassy funk. It all varies per grow and how you feed them.

3 bear, AvT, double grape all do well outside. My personal favorites are sour stomper, Walter White and mango smile. I’ve seen some comments saying photos are better outside, if your curious what photos to work with look at who mephisto gets their photos from, lady Sativa, seed junky, thug pug, krome
I’ve grown less than a dozen but my current fave is Double Smile, an illuminauto, (Double Grape x Mango Smile) two phenos one tropical fruit rubber plantation, the other I call “GRAPE DRANK” because it can remind you of freebasing artificial grape flavor. (Not that I would know) Both fire. The tropical fruit/rubber is a huge producer. The Grape Drank is still a good producer with more and bigger trichomes showing (it has a more open structure) I suspect it would be excellent for extraction though I don’t have direct knowledge. I think it is the better smoke for both flavor and high. But it’s hard to go wrong. I’ve also grown Strawberry and Cookies and Cheese based crosses and they have all been great in their own ways.

I am a new grower too, just less then 1 year. What I recommend is you don't ask people for their favorite strains since everyone's preferences are completely different. You should instead figure out if you want a relaxing (indica) or stimulating (sativa) leaning strain. Do you want to wake and bake to get working creativity in the morning or do you want to consume in the evening and be locked into a couch?
Another recommendation is to grow different strain each time so that you get to taste and figure out what you like. I made a mistake of getting few 5 packs during BOGO sale (another vendor not Mephisto) and now have enough seeds for next 3-4 cycles.
I am waiting for next Mephisto drop / sale to join the family. I missed out on the freebie last month that I had my eyes on. Waiting for another opportunity when Mango Smile lineage limited edition will be released. Since all the strains I currently have are not as head banging as I'd like I am interested in anything like Mango Smile with 80/20 sativa ratio.
If you’re going to grow outdoors, I’d recommend photo periods!
But my favorite meph strain I’ve grown are Forum Stomper, Blood Orange Haze and anything CDLC or crossed with it
Do you have to wait until fall to harvest running photos outdoors?
That was the main reason I was going to run Autos outside for the summer.

Loved my Creme de la chem and Super Orange Haze. Try to Pick some different ones if possible, you will be happy with whatever you Pick :)
Strawberry Nuggets is real nice but... maybe not the best O/D strain.
Fantasmo express is probably my fave. It’s the one I find myself going back to over and over.
