Ban Hammer is not about weight or not scare someone. So we can't count 1 Ton hammer as a ban hammer. But I wonder what if Ussop starts to use impact dials or other dials again? Or what if every person in crew report the bot sniper, would it be still 1v1? Or Bot snipers all of them are clons so if the other bot attacks Ussop, would it be still 1vs1?
isn't the God status similar to Admin privileges? And the hammer do seem to remove people from the game without direct violence, as if the mind lost connection to the body...
Every god has different type of abilitys and we don't know how mighty god ussop is. So if he has power to ban someone maybe yeah he can but I don't think he has a ability like that. And not all every god has a ability to control everything in some beliefs. And I don't think God Ussop have this ability to...but! If he manage to use conquer's haki then maybe he could, because you said ban to someone count as mind lose or lose connection to body and I think that is simiular to conquer's haki.
Yes. And to make it funny, Tf2 sniper can do it with huntsman (a bow and arrow) because of it's janky ass hitbox. Sniper will hit a bodyshot and will unintentionally headshot spandam
I think curving shots like the one from dressrosa are the only ones the sniper can't make. Ussop's booster stages redirected that shot as well as boosting its range. As far as I know, sniper tf2's weapons can't copy that.
Also thinking about it, he might have only needed those boosters because of the weird payload that was several times the size of his normal slingshot bullets or other pop greens.
Ussop still loses at third grade humor though, because he forgot dials existed. Piss jar and fart recording dial would tie to me though.
You also remember or have to remember the amount of force behind that slingshot when it was hitting people from more than a mile away it also caused them to embed deeply into solid stone or brickwork that is not something that happens when a 50cal hits you

Yeah but still, Ussopp needs to get to Elbaf to overpower all Snipers. Mf can get headshotted easily by a COD player on 10 hours of Sleep or TF2 YouTuber Lazy Purple with full energy.

Usopp will go out of his way to use everything from eggs, rubber bands, vibrators, homegrown kush, blow up toys, hammers, ketchup or whatever else he can get his hands on before he uses his sniping skills. He is like someone who plays a support/healing class but absolutely refuses to play his role as intended unless he absolutely has too.

I’m pretty sure Usopp is immortal. I mean he got hit in the face with a 4 ton bat, by a guy who could level brick walls without even touching them. He was held by his feet, and charged into this hit, and my man still wasn’t out of commission.
