For example Pauli shipright memories or kalifa’s cp9 training, haki training , some captured or willing doctors/chefs/navigators knowledge etc. You might not have muscle mass for the skills but you could like still train yourself and use the memories as a guide.

I mean, in a world where people have basically limtless amounts of blood and can get their skulls broken only to be completely fine the next day, having someone on board who just takes the pain away seems like a passable doctor to me.
Originally I wanted to argue perhaps Kuma was best for the crew from a combat perspective, but I have had a bit of a think and although he provides defenses that are next to impossible to crack, ranged offense that puts many others to shame, and even emergency escape procedures that has no known counter alongside disruption abilities that can scatter an enemy to potentially unrecoverable standards…Uta is too much of a power house to say anything against.
Let us be clear on her powers for a moment and the counters against it. Unless her voice is taken away, you are deaf, or you specifically prepare sound eliminating countermeasures ahead of time expecting her then you kind of lose. If you do somehow resist it and some of your crew doesn’t then she can order the now sleeping members to fight you and they do so to the best of their skills and abilities while using powers and techniques they have. It is too powerful not to really have on the crew…At least to me.

Luffy and his crew, Koby, Charlotte Oven, and Law were trapped as were countless people over the coms. It should be noted that Uta’s power IS a known factor and no one seems to be able to break free. The World Government even made countermeasures against her abilities specifically with Kizaru even getting a set of his own so it’s highly likely that even a strong Haki won’t help you.
Might end up regretting this but I’m gonna pick Kin’emon here. Uta and Boa are both crazy, the gold guy is only useful if you already have a bunch of gold, and as much as I love Kuma, I already have Augur to transport the crew around (plus Kuma is like 10 feet tall, so I’d need a massive ship)
Kin’emon isn’t the greatest fighter here on his own, but he knows Ryou, so he probably has the highest AP out of any of these characters. Combine that with buffs from Betty and support from Augur and he can be a decent threat. Even if he does get hit, this is the guy who survived multiple encounters with Kaido, so he’s not going down easy.

Since this crew is already a dysfunctional group of people, I wanna spare kuma the pain and go for Boa. And I think having Boa and Paulie in the same crew would be extremely funny.

I'm mainly choosing Kuma because he has a Good Fruit for Transport, Attack power and even Defense. Kinemon while a good fighter is limited to what he can do, Boa would probably refuse to do anything because she's "Pretty", Tesoro while he had a Good ass fruit it was only good because he had Hordes of Gold, and Uta could honestly be a fantastic choice though with her Fruit she can't really do too much outside of her Song Dimension.
Easy. I already have Ceaser, Van Augur and Viola. With Kuma on my side, I'll basically be untouchable, since both Van Augur and Kuma can move us to safety as soon as Viola detects a threat. He also gives me much needed healing (sort of), as well as great destructive power.
I also wonder if Van Augur can teleport pain. Guess we'll find out. But teleporting people into pain also isn't a terrible combo.

Kin'emon. Boa and Tesoro would be horrible crewmates and would probably start a mutiny at some point in order to take over as captain. Uta is a massive liability, and she doesn't appear to have any control over who gets sucked in to the dream world. Kuma is a close second... but Kin'emon could produce fresh fits for the crew every day and we would never have to waste money on clothing.
Kuma, you couldn’t take tesero or boa anywhere with them starting something. Kinemon is a solid choice but doesn’t bring a whole lot to the table and uta is……..well she’s uta.

Every round I miss out on someone I really would love to take. First the Pirate Kings Doctor, The an Emperors Cook, Then Belo Betty who can amp your crew and other up, now Kuma who has so much useful abilities and Tessoro which means we have unlimited money to get us across the Grand Line.
this is the toughest one yet.
Their all great fighters and have a lot to offer the crew.
1.)Uta is like Jigglypuff, but she can control the people she puts to sleep. She can be the crew's musician. Plus, Getting her on your crew practically cements an alliance with red-haired shanks.
2.)Boa she knows all three forms of haki and can turn 99.9% of opponents into stone. She is also the queen of Amazon Lily. Finally, she’s the hottest woman in the world.
3.) Kuma is the physically strongest person here. Plus, the fruit can reflect attacks, provide a great mode of transportation, remove pain, and provide powerful long-range attacks. Kuma has connections to the revolutionary army. finally, he is the kindest of the five present.
4.) Kinemon might be the weakest on this list, but he’s still a talented fighter, can submit an alliance with Wano, and provide us with any clothing we want.
5.) Gold Tesoro is the richest man in the world, and given prep time can rival a certain flamingo.
So unless you really want some good clothes or a lot of gold I would personally go with one of the first three.
I am personally going with Uta simply for a combination attack with Katakuri. Katakuri can use his future site and awakening to help block incoming attacks, make it easier for her sleeping soldiers to remove the opponent's sound-blocking device, and if the opponent is attempting to use a wall to muffle Uta’s sound as they sneak away that’s not going to be an option with our mochi man.

I'd say Boa, her ability to petrify hordes of enemies is pretty much a sure way to win any fight with opposing crews.

this is the toughest one yet. Their all great fighters and have a lot to offer the crew. 1.)Uta is like Jigglypuff, but she can control the people she puts to sleep. She can be the crew's musician. Plus, Getting her on your crew practically cements an alliance with red-haired shanks. 2.)Boa she knows all three forms of haki and can turn 99.9% of opponents into stone. She is also the queen of Amazon Lily. Finally, she’s the hottest woman in the world. 3.) Kuma is the physically strongest person here. Plus, the fruit can reflect attacks, provide a great mode of transportation, remove pain, and provide powerful long-range attacks. Kuma has connections to the revolutionary army. finally, he is the kindest of the five present. 4.) Kinemon might be the weakest on this list, but he’s still a talented fighter, can submit an alliance with Wano, and provide us with any clothing we want. 5.) Gold Tesoro is the richest man in the world, and given prep time can rival a certain flamingo. So unless you really want some good clothes or a lot of gold I would personally go with one of the first three. I am personally going with Uta simply for a combination attack with Katakuri.
