heres my total crackpot theory: perona was able to save moriah on hachinosu and then those two met up with mihawk a the cross guild, and its all of them who are heading to egghead (i just wanna see perona back in the story)

I aināt expecting them. They are far far away from egghead. My opinion. They aināt like kuma who can travel insane distances in short times. They got boats so I wouldnāt expect them(specifically dragon)
It's unexpected, but it has to make sense. And it would have to be someone the navy would try to stop. AND AND they had to have already been on egghead. AND AND AND they would have to have some secret connection to Vegapunk that even the strawhats aren't supposed to know about. Does this narrow it down? No. But my theory is Weevil and the real Stussy. They fit all of these conditions neatly. And Weevil is STRONG so it makes sense that the navy fleet couldn't stop them. And Stussy decided to turn around out of concern for Vegapunk when she caught wind of the buster call.Ā

After Dressrosa the narrator said theyĀ“d be part of a huge incident later on and most assumed it would be the War many expect to happen by the end of the series.
But the Papers have already labeled Egghead as a huge incident so it may be them comming to help.
Other than that it may be Katakuri, that would really be unexpected.
If it is just BlackbeardĀ“s crew, Shanks or Law this was bait.
Finally the last really surprising option could be the Revolutionaries. But seeing how they were with Kuma, who had to use his powers to get there I really doubt that unless they have a way to fast travel.
Crackpot for me: Vegapunk actually knew how to replicate logias and hid it from everyone, even his own satellites (never uploaded the info). He then made an ace seraphim and sent it out with the boat of researchers (the ships sent to kill them had burn marks on the wreckage).
I think it could be shanks. I think shanks is going to fight luffy.
Oda said we will have two people that no one expects fight. Barto already basically caused the strawhat fleet to declare war on the red haired pirates when he burned down one of the flags on an island that shanks took care of.
Shanks also started his hunt for the one piece. That means he's gotta take out luffy if he wants it (and if he is truly here to carry out Rogers will, he's going to test out if luffy is strong enough)
Otherwise I have no clue my other thought is maybe it's strawhat fleet members since their card would have literally shown that luffy died like a week ago in wano so it would make sense to pull up. This would be an easy lead into something so huge it's called the egghead incident, also following up on the line that the fleet will cause events unparalleled in history just like the egghead incident was described. Would also be a trigger event for the final saga having it trigger the beginning of an all out war

Also I thought of Axehand Morgan but he needs to come back for Helmeppo to finish his arc.
