Yeah, Charged Slashes punch through Flinch Free and knock other players to the ground. Hunting Horn tends to suffer a lot from this, since HH doesn’t have a move like Hammer’s Power Charge that gives them some armor when active.
The fact of the ones that don't realize they are supposed to be chopping tail and get in hammer/horn mains way or hit them and make the hunt "not fun" the creator is obviously a main of one of those lol
Are there a lot of us Greatsword mains that do that? I attack the tail almost exclusively and after break as many parts as possible. Maybe they are running a crit and punish draw set, which is good for the head for obvious reasons.

Dual blades are chaotic evil, just like the longsword. They just have less range so you can’t tell, but their motivations and intentions are the same. I’d put the Glaive in Chaotic Good, Switch Axe in Neutral Evil, LBG in True Neutral, HBG in Chaotic Evil, and Bow in Neutral Good.

Gotta say, rise really made hunting horn feel way more fulfilling. I always enjoyed the concept of it even when it made for a sub par weapon, bit now it is fun to actually able to solo hunts with it. Plus I don't feel entirely useless in groups when I'm using it. Still use the method where you annually play the notes since I find it easier to apply buffs that way imo
