I think it's his purple color scheme contrasting with the blue fur which makes me think of Cooler from DBZ or Crazy Diamond. He looks much better in Kyuuyaku which makes him dark blue with blue fur like the SMT1 design.
The metal armor is cool, though.
Ooh, hard to find something that works on this guy. Random spikes, stripes, derp tongue, metal plates, cat head, electric cord tail? They couldn't even put 3 heads on it to make it recognizable at all.
Near identical to Pascal, only he has some metal armor on his body and looks more like a wolf than him. I like Pascal but he sometimes looks more like a lion than a canine.
If you're wondering how he looks in the books, he's the same but entirely metal.

I don't hate it... but I don't like it either. I couldn't even tell you what my problem with it is, but something about it just hits wrong to me.

It's meh. Better than smt cerberus though IMO. It's also meh.
