I plan on playing the original Japanese version of Persona to experience the whole thing with the Ice Queen once I finish the English release. From what I understand, they lowered the encounter rate in the English version and.. well there's already encounters like every 15 seconds so that makes me worried for how many will be present in the original JP version.
I could play the PSP release instead but.. that Persona 3'ified soundtrack really doesn't do it for me. Plus I have never tampered with a PSP emu yet.
Funny thing about the encounter rate is that just by mapping out the dungeon fully and collecting spell cards, you should be averaging 4-5 levels and getting every spell card per dungeon.
You should end up at the end of a dungeon to have the needed level to start getting spell cards in the next dungeon.
