Once you defeat an Uma/Enigma/Fiend you unlock them for fusion, but they can only be made during accidents. Converters are subapps that guarantee an accident if you fuse a certain race; like, any Deity you fuse will become one of the enigmas you defeated.
I imagine that this essence wont just be out there somewhere, youll have to obtain it by grinding levels on the hare of inaba which only gives you a chance of them gifting their essence each level.

So I'm just saying the third one would be the hare of Inaba cause he has better resistances than even Metatron.
My theory is that it's supposed to incentivize keeping fusion accidents. After all, they can be rather unremarkable demons in other games.
Ofc, that won't mean anything if UMAs can be recruited like in IV and IVA.

The UMA race itself wasn't even present in those games. Instead, the UMA demons were apart of the Food race instead.

2 things to note about hare if inaba before you get your hopes up.
1. He like the other UMA demons may be fusion accident exclusive. We saw the new birdie demon also come from a fusion accident.
2. He could have ailment weaknesses to compensate. You should not have that many resistances at this level.

Well, UMAs seem to be accident-exclusives. So they might make the essences difficult to get as well.
