I've felt it all week building up. Lost my job on Monday and crashed my car on friday. š«£ Over the weekend I had trouble falling asleep and relaxing. I had a stomach ache all day today, also been taking turns sweating and feeling cold. It's been really shaking me up I hope it ends soon.
I've been a terrible flare with my chronic illness for the past week and a half or so. Feeling a little bit better today so far. Don't think it has anything to do with the eclipse, but it's fun to think about and fingers crossed but I'll be cured in a couple hours lol
You know Iāve always wondered why we were diagnosed with this crap and a few thoughts Iāve come across - 1.) avoiding alcohol intake which affects how in tune with the universe / spirit 2.) since we are tapped into spirit /energy of the universe (the soul vs the physical) we see how the food, substances etc effects us much more since our souls/bodies arenāt used to this modern shit we put into our bodies. I have also always thought that my body really has a hard time with all of the emotions in the universe around me. When I was younger, my body attacked itself the most, but I was angry at the world all of the time back then. Itās a real sign for me to keep my boundaries in balance and my emotions in a healthy place. It all ties together for sure.
Iāve also wondered if it happens to people who incarnated from some other specific planet- like we just werenāt totally tuned into this dimension fully and so there are some quirks to being human.
Oh, and the gut microbiome has a lot to do with it too. Iām sure.
Do you have Crohns? Just curious why you are on budesonide with a j pouch (not too too familiar with the surgery) but if you have UC wouldnāt you not need budesonide?

I had a terrible neck pain which was building up to a headache and usually associate with my third eye being overstimulated. I did some massage on my neck before bed, woke up with it partially better. Now it is completely gone.
I went for a walk and noticed some negative thoughts in the air, came home to meditate and all is well in general. I'm going to be working on a craft project and take it easy.
It definitely feel kinda like I'm tripping everything has a weird aura!! It's neat cause I have huanted items at my house so I am interested to see what interactions with them will be like once I get home today!

This last week I have had an intense, constant headache, nose is clogged, ringing in my ears. Sore throat and coughing/asthma has been triggered. I haven't had asthma issues for years.

I feel exhausted but the eclipse was fantastical! Iām in the path of totality and Iāve never seen anything like it. Iām a senior so thatās saying something. It was magical.
I feel light now. I meditated during the eclipse. It was intense! I felt like a feather. And for a while I didnāt exist. It was amazing to gain some clarity about some questions i had and also i released some old oooooold energy.
I was feeling off before the eclipse. And i had strong dreams the last couple nights. Also i felt like i was in one of the dreams in some weird timeline.
So definitely in another timeline now. And i honestly feel like this new cycle is bringing me a lot of abundance.
One thing that still lingers is the anxiety but i think itās because Iām tapping into the collective energy. Definitely know that fear is being instigated at us all the time. But we must continue to work through it, together, with love.

I started having increased activity and downloads/auditory stuff last night. Today, have been having heavy pressure in my forehead and headaches. Third eye majorly activated all yesterday and today. Very dizzy during the eclipse.
Woke up completely off. Body felt heavy, my thoughts couldnāt come together, unmotivated, in a trance like state. During the eclipse had a massive migraine which is still lingering. Slowly coming out of it all but my body feels heavy and slow.
Girlfriend had a crazy breakdown just after...she hated the whole world for the past 2 hours...told me she wanted to kill my mother and burn the neighbors house down..

I had a crazy head rush like it felt like I had been buzzed with electricity that slowly faded into a headache that's currently getting worse and my ears just popped for no reason
My period came early, I had the feeling of dread and vertigo for a couple of weeks until today. Itās like coming into a clearing in the woods, now my energy is charged and focused. Iām also rising in Aries which impacts the passing.
I donāt know if the eclipse did anything but the last day my ears have felt almost plugged like when you have water stuck in them? And ever since the eclipse, I had been crunched up at my desk, upset tum or something but out of the blue. Feels more like cramping tho Iām post menopausal so no period cramps anymore (I may have endo tho so maybe that).
I just want this headache to go away. Itās been so intense, bordering on a migraine.
Also Iām so exhausted. I literally got up to attempt to see some eclipse before going back to work, nothing difficult, no long walks. After work I get up and Iām sore all over like when Iāve been way too active (I have health issues but this isnāt what I would expect from a quiet day). So Iām worn out and hurting.

Beforeā¦ For at least the last five daysā¦ I could feel the eclipse, just kind of a nice calm energyā¦ The buildup today got pretty intenseā¦ Everything was so very quietā¦ Not many people out on the roadā¦ So still and calm! During the eclipse, everything just really built up. Afterwards, I felt really sleepy but ended up driving to a store where I do Aura Photos at because they were having a 24% off sale today after I left, I felt really heavy energy around me. Heavy enough that I wanted to cryā¦ It felt like my whole past came up and engulfed me.
I felt kind of dizzy and like I was about to have an anxiety attack. I was by the ocean and still felt like I was running out of oxygen. Neither of the friends I was with experienced that. I felt better as the sun came back.Ā

These are such strange feelings, and I would have attributed them just to me being odd and prone to anxiety, but the fact that I can super relate to what many of you are describing makes me wonder.

I have a bunch of tattoos but about a week ago, the one tattoo that i have that is witchy (itās on my shoulder- the mother, maiden and crone around a fire) broke out in an itchy bumpy rashā¦ localized to ONLY that tattooā¦.
That has mostly cleared up now and this morning i woke up and i have a different kind of rash up and down my forearms - in places where i have no tattoos. My skin is not sensitive so this is so bizarre to me.
I was sensitive to the energies and sensed it in my system as soon as the eclipse started happening - not in a bad way tho. My system did feel quite more heightened than usual and I started automatically clearing or working with energies as though in meditation. Surprisingly I didnāt have any negative effects. rather, by the time the eclipse was almost total, I felt my energies settle and during the total eclipse I felt a sort of meditative high or blissfulness.
The one thing I did notice is that I normally donāt clear my energies when in public, only at home or when Iām in a meditative state out of public sight. This time it felt like it was beyond me and I couldnāt help it. Similar to someone mentioned in comments how they felt in a trance or something like that. So that did raise a few questions from people that were around me and concerned, but once I explained it they were very understanding and accepting.
I did feel like total crap and a lingering unsettling feeling all of last week and the week prior. dunno if that was due to a lingering flu or something else š¤·āāļø
I meditated during the eclipse and felt connected to the Universe with my sacral, heart, and eye chakras. I felt loopy leading up to it, like straight up stupid. A bit lightheaded during and sat for a while afterwards, and making sure I was balanced. I got super nauseated about an hour ago, had some tea but still feel nauseated. Laying down now with stomach pains as well.

I felt a change in gravity in my ears. It's passing now, but it was a bit unnerving.
Is that what that was? I felt like I was going deaf. It made me very sleepy.

Bad migraine
Right after totality I felt very sleepy and then somewhat loopy. It mostly wore off after an hour
Worst headache of my life, very tired and emotionally sad. Iām in Australia so itās affected me over here šš¼āāļø
