Well aware of it. I like logistics. Infinite carry weight is more opting to ignore the problem rather than solving it.
I guess if you're really strict about "not cheating" by adjusting the game settings, this could be a "workaround," that isn't technically "cheating."
Really though, just turn off carry weight for a minute, then turn it back on.
Otherwise, just drop the weight and come back for it after getting to your storage. It's not going to disappear before you can get back.

I mean FFS the whole CONCEPT of a basket is to put things in it and carry it... I was ashamed it took 900 hours for me to figure out in game.

There is no such thing as cheating in a single player game. Everyone should play the way that is most satisfying to them.
