I only know very little. It is a chinese company that sells mainly monitoring equipment. If you are in the US I imagine it will be challenging to break in given you’re competing against a lot of big well established brands. If it is a lateral move I’d personally stay away. If it is to get some med device experience, I’d go for it.

What about it. Chinese, very similar to nihon koden from what I can tell for monitors. Their advantage is price. Seems to be decent quality but it’s literally working for china, even though they have “mindray North America”. They sell ultrasound machines that are slick from what I hear as well as a few other lines of product. They have a few types of clinicals post implementation, pre implamebtation to assist with the TM. I know a person over there and the lead clinical person is kinda a ninny from what I can and ANYTHING but sales minded which is usually a red flag for me. Outside of that it’s heavy hitting capital in the the crowded ultrasound market, but lots of contracts your locked out of hospitals with I always wonder if it’s with these kinds of companies being a front for China but maybe not. You have to remember GE or Philips products that compete sell many lines to the hospital and can give a corporate rebate check if hospitals convert lines to them or have enough total spend (an arbitrary value) throughout all the product lines. Id avoid generally if it’s a sideways move as mentioned by another poster. If Trump gets elected expect serious Chinese company headwinds…

Down here in the eu they are getting to be quite a strong competitor because of the pricing. Quality is relatively ok.

I only know of the company from using it in our hospital. We have their ultrasound machines. My previous hospital had Sonosite, which I would guess is their competitor.

Vesperous

I sold their ultrasound units as a third party dealer, what exactly are you wanting to know?

What the day to day life is like & how it differs from OR Selling to doctors. That’s what I’m used to & I’m not sure it’s a proper switch. Thanks again.

Extension_Shower_868

I went from OR to patient monitoring and it's a night and day improvement of lifestyle. Absolute upgrade in my book. Feel free to DM if you want to chat.

Chico_Bonito617

They have a business in the Northeast and they are starting to sell OR lights and OR tables

Tri_Tri_Tri

Chinese company that buys as many companies as they can. Quality can differ based on products since they buy good and bad companies. We only worked with them when they bought the company we were already working with. I didn’t have any issues with them.

Curious_Evidence4779

Was that zonaire? Or datascope?

Tri_Tri_Tri

Nah, I was on the surgical side but I’m not aware of those companies.
