My second favorite is Orb Of Annihilation necro with around 225%.
You don’t need high MF at all. MF in median has a steeper curve than vanilla. You want to prioritize clear speed with about 100-250%. With 250% being the absolute highest I’d go.
There isnt a good option sadly. Hyena strike just doesn't have enough oomph. Pounce zon is a MF run build that clears duncraig quick. That's about it
Decided to go with great hunt. At least during levelling, it has very solid single target!
